Ring Central is a great tool to move your phone system to the cloud... I really like the ease of getting set up quickly with Ring Central. I was able to choose a number with an area code of my choosing and it is virtual, so I can access and use this from anywhere. The interface is easy to understand and navigate through. Review for RingCentral Office Excellent product and support. Product continues to add new features and innovate. Integration with Google and Office 365 continues to improve. Usability and integration with additional apps is also improving.
Use static. Easy to use, but lack of help/account touches from Account Manager. Ease of use. Lack of communication from account manager about how to successfully use. Moving away from phones to application (mobile/desktop) now.
Best in class UcaaS system, far ahead of competition. this system allowed me go consolidate many communication systems into one. its very easy to use and allowed me to reduce internal rmail use by 30 percent. it has also saved me in total telephony costs per year because of the cost savings with using this instead of calling long distance.

RingCentral has changed how we communicate and made us much more efficient Working with RingCentral, we have now deployed about 600+ offices to this new phone system and the patient experience is much better! Connectivity and voice quality have dramatically improved. Calls forward to our Contact Center after 5 rings so a live human almost always answers the phone and can usually help them straightaway. Great Sales Team RingCentral has a great sales team and was able to provide the best demo I have ever experienced. We had a security concerns and they were very accommodating and teaming up with our security manager to ensure we have everything addressed. The product is being appreciated by different levels of management and staff.
Flexibility is great. Interface one of the best. great interface. amazing flexibility in you can do the same thing multiple ways. The interface is great for both novice and experts. Wish their texting had some more flexibility build it. Mobile app is one of the best. and integration with Zoho rocks.
