Mitel fine, but sales lies Mitel cloud works great enough as a basic phone platform, but we were quite upset when we when to implementation and the things we were told were possible by sales were not actually possible
Easy Organization Savings, Overall a Good Product Overall a great product. We experienced some growing pains as they were transitioning data centers. The phones themselves are easy to use. The admin portal could be a little more user friendly and the app is decent.
MiCloud Connect Assessment Overall good product that just works, which is what you want from a phone system. Call quality stays consistent and they have pretty well defined guides for how to improve performance within your network.
