Ring Central Review Pros: I like that it keeps my personal phone number private, but I can take work calls when I am out and about if I need to. Cons: Sometimes it doesn't ring when I am not in wifi and it drains my phone battery.
RingCentral made it easy! Pros: Customer Service is Top Notch! from selecting our plan to on-boarding. We had 2 different service reps assigned to our account. One of the plans and general Q&A. The other more technical rep. did the On-Boarding and 3 training sessions in consecutive weeks in order for me to use the systems for a week and jot down any questions I may have had. Yes. It is awesome! Pros: I can use this to call from anywhere. I don't need to use my desktop phone. If I met the house and I'm working from home, I have my CRM and RingCentral on my desktop and it is almost just as good as working at the office. As far as my clients know, it is just as good. I use this whether I travel or am at home and it is seamless. Cons: I wish it had a stronger intercom feature for the soft phones. The soft phones are the desktop applications that work like a phone. Ring Ring! Pros: SUPPORT! Quick, knowledgeable and efficient. I like the follow-up messages. I use the Call Log most of all to track or search for calls that may have been missed. The secure faxing option. Texting Cons: Sometimes I find digging down to find some of the voice messages and text message in the online site. The mobile app doesn't always show the latest calls. Best Phone System out there Pros: Great phone system and software. Each user can program their own features quickly and easily. Cons: It could use a scheduling feature so you could set your phone to forward at different times during the day. Overall: One of the best phone systems out there for ease of use and features.
Good phone system with good features Pros: This phone system has a lot of nice features and the hardware and software are good and continue to develop. Cons: My biggest complaint with this does not really have to do with Ringcentral but it is something you should consider when looking. If you do not have a reliable internet service, you will be needing to restart the phones as they will go offline if there is a slight hiccup in your internet connection.
Ran a one woman business with an 800 number from Ring Central and had a large company presence Pros: I had multiple phone extensions and was able to record a professionally recorded outbound message so that none of my customers knew that I didn't have legitimate office and was often working from my home or even from my car at times. Cons: Initially when I created my account in 2007 it was a bit difficult to set up but I believe it is simpler now. The price has went up since I started. Ring central Pros: LOVE the fact that I can make and receive phone calls. Extremely easy to navigate and have all calls recorded to verify any discrepancies. However more importantly, provide coaching to my people to improve customer satisfaction Cons: Such an easy program to use and haven’t had one complaint yet
