Ring Central Review Pros: Once I got to figure out the changes they made, it is a great program and easy to use. The best is that they email you after the fax is sent. Cons: They changed the sign in procedure and since I am not tech savvy, I had a hard time. I still have a little trouble signing in but I get it because I don't use it too often. Overall: It works for me a great deal because some companies refuse to scan a paper to you, but will fax it to you.
Great Phone Software system Pros: Easy to use, great support, usually gets any issue resolved on the first call. I can count on one hand the number of issues i have had using it for over 5yrs Cons: I don't have any con's to the RingCentral product.
RingCentral aids hearing aid assistance Call Center Pros: We are an all-volunteer organization and this software enables our volunteers to use their own cell phones to respond to calls without giving away their personal phone numbers. The person they are calling only sees the call coming from HEAR Nashville. Cons: Have not run into any significant problems to comment about. Overall: Very good. It's exactly what we need for the type of function it provides for our Call Center volunteers.
Why we use RingCentral Pros: Its easy to use, and we haven't encountered any problems in the years we've used it. Cons: Haven't had any problems with the software yet, sorry Overall: RingCentral help makes our business run smoother! Thank You
The best service I ever used. Pros: Easy to use and setup. Very professional. Cons: I really don't have any cons to offer at this time. Overall: I have used a few services in the past and they were horrible. Been with Ring Central several years now and will never change.
simple and complete with features i didn't even know i wanted but use Pros: it is transparent , you don't even know it is there, it just works and works well Cons: there is nothing i don't like about the system, Overall: the product is incredible,
Fax Services Pros: It is very easy with the app right on my desktop. I get notification emails whenever I receive a fax. Sending is also very easy by just dragging a file right to the app. Cons: I have had a couple of faxes not fully come through, and I can't really tell whether it is a problem on the senders end or not.
Safe and Secure Pros: The role that I play requires communication to a broad band of customers and people so its not always the best to have my personal phone number out there to all parties. It's nice that I can continue to reach out to people and grow the business without worrying about phone calls, texts all the hours of the day. Cons: The design estacic to the app could look a bit more professionall and clean.
The best all the way around !! I have been a customer for over 10 years Pros: They are always working with my business needs ! When business is strong they are there and when I need to cut back they work with me !! Cons: All good here ! They fix things right away! Overall: Always great customer value and care !!
