RingCental is user friendly It has been user friendly and people love the soft phone. The app isn't as user friendly but it works well.
We've add 5x capabilities for our end users with 35% savings and 14 month ROI We deployed to 95% of our >1000 US based employees in August, 2016. there have been very few hiccups since then. We rolled out physical phones "to all", softphones as desired and mobile clients. We're also using RCMeetings extensively. Financials (payments) have caused some churn, but so did our previous big three telephony company billing systems.

RingCentral has many builtin features such as efax, conference call, RingCentral for meetings, and many more. They have so many options when it comes to how you want to use the platform. You can use your desk phone, a softphone on your computer or the RingCentral app on your mobile phone. There are tons of options with RingCentral and that is what I like most about the solution.
Satisfies the needs of a communication device It's simple enough to use, however, it's not entirely user-friendly. There needs to be more instructions on how the app and desktop works.
