"Great service provider" Overall: This software allows me to get my calls on my mobile phone without having to give out my private number. It's nice that I can shut it off and turn it on anytime I want. I highly recommend this service.Pros: Very easy to learn and use. The software is intuitive and easy to learn.Cons: So far I have not found anything to complain about.

It is very inexpensive and easy to set up.Pros: Ease of use and annual billing makes it a no maintenance software solution.Cons: Initially, it was difficult to navigate my login account, but that was quickly overcome. " Expensive but it works " Overall: Prior to using ring central we were using another VoIP service but we're experiencing several service issues and calling support was a dead end. Granted we were saving a lot more money with the prior service but we could no longer handle the downtime in our business. "Pretty good tool when on the road" Overall: Overall a good product for those who don't have a fax machine in their office or homePros: I like the ability to fax when I'm traveling for work. The fax to phone feature is especially good as it allows you to use your email send area to send your fax and you can easily attach any files you want to send as you would normally do for an attachmentCons: Not too many cons except for the downloaded desk tool. It has a difficult interface in my opinion.
