A robust tool that is easy to learn. RingCentral has been a very easy to use tool. We now rely on it for essentially all of our internal and external communication as it is a robust tool and has proven easy for new-users to utilize.
Great way to have your office on the go with multiple employees Overall we are happy, however, this platform is still undergoing a lot of development and they are constantly adding new features that are not too spectacular
If you want a reliable remote phone setup, just do this one...skip the others I've been shocked at the overall call quality. It's rare for us to experience issues on the desktop, iphone app, or Chrome extension. Very impressed.
Implementation is easy, except for when company security don't allow. It has been good, except that since it asked to download the meeting application in order to be able to attend a meeting, sometimes, companies security won't allow it.
Implementation was easy, support and resolution for call quality was initially an issue We implemented RingCentral for VOIP and the initial 3 months was quite troublesome - we had call drops and call quality issues.

Has a solution for all your phone needs. Fast, Friendly service I have been using Ring Central for about seven years and have been very happy with the product, and with the new product lines. It seems as if I have a phone problem to solve they have a product fit. The customer service people are very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. Solid product, but don't fall for the marketing without doing your research first The setup experience was okay, but not great. The information was there, but the presentation quality was sub-par, and the continuing support was technically good, but the experience was mediocre.
