Expensive but it works Pros: No downtime Feature rich service with lots of optional add on’s Phone app works very well on iPhone Very helpful support staff Cons: Expensive Featured administration is very complicated and generally requires a call to support to get it figured out Overall: Prior to using ring central we were using another VoIP service but we’re experiencing several service issues and calling support was a dead end. Easy and Effective Pros: I enjoyed the fact that this phone software is internet based. This software allows you the also have tha blility to use a phone. I loked the fact it emailed over your voicemale. Cons: The only thing I liked about this softeware was I wish it had more features.
Pretty good tool when on the road Pros: I like the ability to fax when I'm traveling for work. The fax to phone feature is especially good as it allows you to use your email send area to send your fax and you can easily attach any files you want to send as you would normally do for an attachment Cons: Not too many cons except for the downloaded desk tool. It has a difficult interface in my opinion. Overall: Overall a good product for those who don't have a fax machine in their office or home
RingCentral Review Pros: Once you log in, you can easily put it out of sight while you’re working. Cons: It’s not my favorite cloud based phone system but it’s okay. It would drop calls more than I would like.
All in one communication solution Pros: Ringcentral is great for small to medium sized businesses. The system allows you to have team messaging, online faxing, phone and video conferencing. My favorite feature is the online faxing. The fax will appear right in you email. No more wasting paper or worry that someone else picked up a fax off the printer. There is usually a free trial period with Ringcentral as well. Cons: The software is pretty easy to use. Some of the customization can be tricky to set up but great overall
Ring Central is Great!! Pros: It is easy to use, convenient. It is very reliable and I love the way you can send instant messages. The teams feature is great. Cons: I have yet to find something that I do not like about this software
RingCentral Review Pros: I love the call clarity and the ease of use to customize the many features. Cons: I don't have anything negative to say about Ringcentral. It's a great tool. Especially for a smaller business.
