Decent phone system but a little pricey for small business We moved to RingCentral after out current self hosted phone system became to hard to manage. Overall we are happy with the system, the training sessions were very helpful and the setup and switch over was fairly straightforward with minimal issue. We've had a few teething issues, but nothing major. The only downside is the cost is quite high for a busy small business if you want to make the most of the features - hopefully it will be worth it though.
RingCentral is very easy to use and the functionality is amazing. Very pleased with the functionality of RingCentral. Our company has 5 locations a crossed the US and now we can just call their extension and it rings to whomever. Also can Page at each plant from anywhere. Best feature is the RingCentral app you can install on your smartphone.
Nice Features lacking stability The product is good but there are things link instability and bad updates that make the experience not the best.
RingCentral, YES....Vonage, NO The migration to RingCentral was very easy. We tried Vonage prior to and it did not work out well at all.
Great Service innovative and responsive Great to work with. Very responsive. Willing to work with us to find solutions. The Google GSuiteintegration is good - this was a primary reason for selecting Ring Central over alternatives.
Flexible and easy to use solution Exceeded expectations for ease of moving from multiple phones systems into a single platform. Agile company who listens to the customers as a result implemented/pushed up rollout of new feature sets to allow for better adoption. Would have liked to see a more seasoned implementation team who brings best practices and experience to help with end user adoption strategies.
