love it! Lover it! Very easy to use. I like that I can text from my computer through ringcentral as well as receive faxes and send them.
Very pleased with RingCentral! Highly recommend using for any corporate use! Everything works great and user friendly, the only thing that could be easier to use is learning how to use the camera with screen share you cant tell if they are both on when you are actually using both.

there are things to be worked on I keep having to re-download it because of ongoing ringing noise that sounds like chimes. This is frustrating. i lose talk time and don't know its happen ing until m30 min is wasted of my day. which is frustrating as you can imagine. my whole team deals with he same issue.
