"Top VoIP" Pros: RingCentral is very easy to use, offers every feature a company could ever need, and has excellent customer support.Cons: There's not a lot to dislike, it's the best VoIP service I've ever used.
"RingCentral Office review" Overall: We have benefited from having after-hours calls/texts e-mailed to us, which we can choose to follow up during after office hours if we choose.Pros: That we can see any voicemails and text messages getting sent to our office phone number, and that Ring Central forwards voicemails and texts to our email addresses.Cons: Not much to dislike here - the only thing I can think of is signing in to begin your day - most days I don't need to sign in, I'm already ready to begin making calls.

"Ring Central Review" Pros: I used RingCentral for about 6 months for an internet marketing campaign I was doing. RingCentral was fairly easy to set up and use. I liked that I could have access to it as an app on my phone as well as on my computer. I mostly used it for calling and texting and it worked great. "Great idea and tool, but terrible customer service and a glitchy system" Pros: It's great to have communications centralized within one piece of software. Tracking all of this information as well with calls, meetings, etc. is very useful.Cons: System sometimes doesn't agree with other things in place and causes a glitch and/or difficulty in setting up services. Customer service isn't the greatest and takes a long time to resolve the problem as well as sometimes not helping at all.
