Great product but adoption is a challenge Adoption is challenging in a distributed environment. Users still think of phone services as a dial tone. Training and communications is essential.
Overall a great solution, still needing some maturing of features to manage a scale. The solution overall works well. Our implementation is somewhat complex and a little outside the typical implementation. We have deployed RC to our retail stores and replaced the landlines. Of course we had a lot of existing numbers to port, we wanted all the phones in the store to ring simultaneously upon a call, performing like a legacy on premise PBX might work. Very good tool but needs improvement with the settings. The fax option from ringcental from time to time creates issues which are frustrating at times. The way the users and accounts are shows is really easy and very user friendly.
