Pretty good tool when on the road Pros: I like the ability to fax when I'm traveling for work. The fax to phone feature is especially good as it allows you to use your email send area to send your fax and you can easily attach any files you want to send as you would normally do for an attachment Cons: Not too many cons except for the downloaded desk tool. It has a difficult interface in my opinion. Overall: Overall a good product for those who don't have a fax machine in their office or home
RingCentral Review Pros: Once you log in, you can easily put it out of sight while you’re working. Cons: It’s not my favorite cloud based phone system but it’s okay. It would drop calls more than I would like.
All in one communication solution Pros: Ringcentral is great for small to medium sized businesses. The system allows you to have team messaging, online faxing, phone and video conferencing. My favorite feature is the online faxing. The fax will appear right in you email. No more wasting paper or worry that someone else picked up a fax off the printer. There is usually a free trial period with Ringcentral as well. Cons: The software is pretty easy to use. Some of the customization can be tricky to set up but great overall
Ring Central is Great!! Pros: It is easy to use, convenient. It is very reliable and I love the way you can send instant messages. The teams feature is great. Cons: I have yet to find something that I do not like about this software
RingCentral Review Pros: I love the call clarity and the ease of use to customize the many features. Cons: I don't have anything negative to say about Ringcentral. It's a great tool. Especially for a smaller business.
User friendly software Pros: I use RingCentral mainly to send and receive faxes. The software is very user friendly even for people unfamiliar with sending faxes online. Cons: It seems to be reasonably priced, but still is somewhat expensive for the few times a year I send faxes.
Adequate but somewhat limited VoIP phone service Pros: Ability to receive calls direct to my cell phone outside of the office. Cons: It still seems like I run into bugs or glitches occasionally and the programming to navigate incoming calls could be better. Sometime I have trouble forwarding calls to co-workers, something that should be simple and straightforward.
Ring Central for Medium Businesses Pros: RingCentral Softphone app is similar to a cell phone which makes it easy for people to relate to the functions of the softphone app. We use Glip, the messaging system that is part of the RingCentral phone app every day and we particularly like the gif feature that allows you to search for gifs and post them to chat. Review Pros: hardly have interruptions in usage. Easy to add more lines. Cons: Changing and customizing the hold music is difficult
