The cafeteria is always looking to cater to the clients. They take suggestions and always mix up the menu for us. They have a set schedule they adhere to for the menu, but if you give them suggestions they try to work it in. Glenda in the kitchen is very sweet and kind hearted, she looks out for you but she's also a no-nonsense person, she definitely doesn't skimp on the portions!

TA Jason pulled me aside to tell me his story and it was amazing. He is always upbeat and takes his time to check in. I've never seen him in a bad mood and he goes above and beyond to make this a fun experience and talks about recovery to drive the message home. He is always willing to get something from your luggage when you need it and cant find anyone else to help.

At first, I felt like I couldn't get through the detox process because I was so sick and uncomfortable. But the nursing and medical team helped me to understand what my body was going through and that it would get better. They were always friendly and provided emotional support, not just medical advice. Especially nurse Jennifer she was super professional and friendly.

The nurses here are awesome. Nurse Glenn helped me without a doubt when I requested to have a room mate I was familiar with and he accommodated me right away so I could focus on my treatment instead of worrying about what was going on in my room with a questionable room mate. His med passes always go quickly and efficiently and he respects everyone. He should def be submitted for a Daisy Award!!!

The medical team here is so understanding and professional. Dr. Fahs is very easy to talk to. If he says he will do something, like order your medication, he gets it done. One time I didn't have any money on my account but he knew my money was coming through from my family so he went ahead and ordered my medication so I wouldn't have to stress or go without. Thanks for looking out doc.

We have a Veteran's program here and several of the therapists are veterans themselves, I always learn something from Therapist Brian. He relates his own experiences to us and lets the topics flow because he is very understanding. He helps people process trauma and gives the military veterans tools to overcome difficult situations. Highly recommend.

I like that Nurse Frankie will sit and BS with me about all kinds of stuff like DC and Marvel Comics. If the line is bogged up on the other side of the dorm for meds, he will open up the line to help it along. He is very dedicated. The other Nurse Frank is a veteran but he doesn't come off super regimented, he is hard working and very funny cos he has that sarcastic humor. He hates computers and computers hate him! Gene in maintenance filled up our volleyball with air and had a brand new kick ball the same day. Every day we play volley ball at 4:30 and he made sure we could continue with our game. If we have a clogged toilet or something wrong, he is there in 5 minutes. He makes sure everyone has coffee, creamer, and sugar. He also did a huge clean up for me in the bathroom. I see him everywhere and he is constantly moving and working hard. Just want to recognize the great staff!

Being here they give you a lot of freedom to have your phone and move around. The staff here doesn't hassle you, TA Adrian gives us extra time with the sharps if we need it. Sometimes its hard to find a TA, but with Adrian you can always locate him and he's always there when you need him. He sticks to the rules and has integrity but he is understanding that sometimes stuff happens.
