So many of the house keepers are wonderful with doing my laundry and making sure I have clean towels all the time. Raul the housekeeper will even make my bed for me sometimes and change my sheets once a week. The beds have been really comfy and large. The rooms are just like hotel rooms and get cleaned from top to bottom. I think River Oaks offers a great service in a clean and friendly atmosphere.

The house keeping services here are phenomenal. My house keeper Stephanie is the greatest multi tasker because she does everything from working in the kitchen to cleaning the rooms, and making sure the common areas are up to speed. She recently became the house keeping supervisor and she definitely deserves her promotion because she is such a hard worker. They keep the rooms clean daily and make sure we have everything we need at all times.

Nurse Mackensie deserves to be recognized for her perseverance. She just recently had a baby and is already back to work helping clients to get their medications on time and get through their detox. She is so compassionate with everyone she comes into contact with and we wanted to commend her for a job well done.

My nurses on my floor have very professional, especially Nurse Courtney. She is very sweet and like having two nurses in one! She is so organized and good at her job. She does double the work and puts in double the amount of effort every single time I come for an assessment or she is doing her rounds, I'm always relived and happy to see her. Every nurse should be just like Nurse Courtney!

I love that River oaks offers things like family therapy. Therapist Ray has helped me to schedule virtual sessions with my family members and loved ones to begin working through difficult issues prior to me returning home. he is very animated and down to earth. He is amazingly intelligent and educated about the major issues that affect families going through addiction and his classes have always been very eye opening.

My counselor Karah has been there for me every step of the way to guide me in the right direction with her no nonsense approach. She is not only very relatable and funny as hell, but she also runs amazing groups. She offers great advice on relationships, and has helped me tremendously to succeed in my recovery.

So many at River Oaks have a great sense of humor and have been very helpful. The tech Adrian likes to have fun and joke around a lot but is very efficient at his job which makes him extremely relatable and its nice to have someone to talk to and someone who is light hearted in such a serious situation. His conversations have helped me get through a lot.

The last couple weeks I have noticed the TA Rachel has been very upbeat and joyful, which is a added improvement from her regular awesome personality. She works up in the SHU a lot and does a good job enforcing the rules. She provides a lot of structure for everyone and is consistent across the board. She works hard getting things done and provides a lot of organization which is much needed in early recovery.

The new kitchen staff member Melissa was brought in as a replacement and has already done a great job thus far. The food she makes is always great, and she has a perfect personality for serving clients because she is just so friendly. Its customer service like hers that makes this experience a little better every day.
