Jennifer the tech has always been super busy but always willing to help at the same time. She lends a shoulder by listening and having good conversations because she knows a lot about recovery having experience herself and can always offer good advice. Its great having staff that understand.

They set up a really nice Christmas tree up in the Cafeteria because Dr. Vega came in on her time off at night and put it up for us. Its so beautiful and makes the holidays more bearable being in treatment. We really appreciate the willingness of the staff to take time out of their day after their shift to do something thoughtful.

Dr. Fahs is awesome! Hes not even my doctor but he always stops to see me anyways. he helped me switch my anti-depressants to one that worked better for me. I feel so much better now that I found the right medication for me. Thank you so much River Oaks!

Completely satisfied with my service. The doctors, and therapeutic staff always make sure everyone if treated equally. There are a lot of kind, helpful and hard workers here. Miss Angie in the kitchen does special events for us to make this feel a little more like home. It has helped me in some of my darkest times to have a little bit of care concern and compassion for my well being from the staff here. Very healing for my journey.

Thomas is so caring and goes out of his way to be considerate. He is an extra hard worker and goes out his way to clean and vacuum my room. There was one time I missed laundry day and he did it for me any ways. That helped to take the strain out of not having clean clothes for a week til the next laundry day. Usually if you need something, most of the staff will go out of their way to help.

I have had the best experience with the nurses here. Nurse Casey has a mother like spirit because she is so nurturing. She goes above and beyond and is always on point when it comes to my medication. She is sweet as pie and you can tell that she really cares. The day I was low on my medication I was so worried about not getting it in time but she made she she called so I had a refill. Now that is awesome customer service!

I feel like it goes un-notices how knowledgeable the nurses are. Especially nurse mark who is funny, super smooth, and amazing multi tasker. He is always focused and attentive to my needs, he does all his rounds on time and is extremely thorough. he goes out of his way to help every time he sees me and should be commended for his professionalism and quick action.

Karah is my favorite no non sense therapist. She is very straight forward and funny. She always makes time for me and understands addiction very well. her groups are amazing and all the women's community loves to have her as the facilitator because we talk about very relevant topics and have time to open up and share about the things weve been through while getting support through the process.

My case manager is always honest with me when it comes to my planning and goal setting. Geneen is pleasant supportive attentive and caring, she has such a calming presence to be around, but she makes sure she gets stuff done. She helped me look up sober livings and doctors in my network so I could be best prepared. She also offered me a lot of resources for after care planning and options. I needed guidance when I came here and I got it in the form of my awesome therapist, case manager, and everything I learned in groups.
