My counselor Christina is freaking awesome. My case manager Geneen is freaking awesome. My family therapist Ray is freaking awesome. My TA Jennifer is great. The cafeteria staff has been great. Housekeeping Isabel has been great. Mattie and team are great because she approved a mini concert. She went over and above to help approve something fun that was not on the schedule. Brian is the veterans therapist and he conducts amazing groups. He helps us through some difficult issues and always keeps us engaged. He helps us understand the concepts of moral injury and the disease of addiction. He has experience with recovery so he has been very helpful on my path to sobriety. Lots of great therapists and role models to learn from throughout my experience here.

The staff at River Oaks is extremely caring and will go out of their way to assist in whatever way they can. TA Tarshay even helped me by taking some of my clothing home with her that had ripped and sewing it back together for me! I came in with very little clothing and they helped me get clothing from the donation closet so I could be comfortable before Tarshay brought my clothes back to me. Ive never experienced a more kind gesture from staff at a treatment center. River oaks truly cares.

My case manager has been there for me every step of the way. Any time I needed something she was there support me through the process. She helped me write my letter to request a hardship license through the court so I can drive when I go home to get to meetings and work etc. She is also helping me find a suitable sober living to continue my aftercare plan. I have never met a more caring case manager and I feel fully supported planning for the next steps of my journey.

I love that they do housekeeping and laundry every day> my sheets are always changed, my towels are always fresh and clean, they pick up personal laundry once a week and the beds are super comfortable. The rooms are similar to hotel rooms. It kinda sucks that you cant have you phone for the first week but the housekeeping staff make sure to take care of everything. Lexi the housekeeper is new but very thorough and has great customer service and positive attitude.

I want to give a shout out to the kitchen staff who put up with a lot of stuff working here. Elanna the server always keeps a smile on her face even when dealing with unpleasant people and situations. They are planning out the holiday meals for thanksgiving and christmas and letting our families come visit so that its not such a rough time during the holidays. They put out a menu every day so you know what the meals are throughout the week. The whole kitchen crew is the most friendly and helpful of all.

Some of the nicest doctors Ive ever met. Dr. Fahs came up with a very individualized treatment plan for my anxiety and depression and he checks up on me regularly. Every time I have a question he is always there with an answer and he even gave me his number to call in case of an emergency. The doctors here go above and beyond.

nursing and medical have been very professional and efficient. certain nurses never have wait times. I like that they are on a first name basis with most of the clients. Nurse Frankie is very friendly and compassionate. He always has my meds ready which is very nice and takes away from the stress of doing medication pass which can sometimes take hours. Overall every one has excellent customer service.

Everyone here has been great, the staff always greets me with a smile. Everyone including my therapist, case manager and the techs, especially Jennifer has been super friendly and always remember when I ask for something. The follow up here has been helpful for me to get things accomplished. Ive been able to explore some issues with my therapist and overall I feel this has been a great experience and a great place to come to get help.
