The housekeeping staff swaps out my sheets and blankets every other day and makes sure I have clean towels and linens. Not a lot of facilities have services like that where they even do your laundry here like three times a week. usually other places would make us do chores but this helps me to focus on my treatment. Carlos the housekeeper always greets me with a smile and a positive attitude, he makes sure everything is done and its a great service to have. I've never had to re-use a towel!

The people who work in the kitchen are always smiling and have been very accommodating to my needs. Alanna has a really positive attitude and if there's times that I dont like what they are serving, she will make sure that I eat something by making different alternatives. They really get to know you and what you like and your preferences which is cool and makes it more like feel like home. Alanna knows that I love yogurt and fruit for breakfast and its a great feeling that she cares enough to know my preferences.

Groups have been very engaging. Most of the staff are in recovery themselves so it makes groups and sessions super relatable. Its been healing to feel like Im heard and someone understands. Brian runs the men's groups and works with the vets. Im not a vet but I can appreciate his style and approach is helpful because he goes over real life problems that we will come across instead of using repetitive topics. Ive learned a lot from the classes and think the groups have been very helpful.

The case management services are impeccable I have to say that they are so informative about what my plans should be as far as after care and for sober living. Veronica my case manager helped me get a list of numbers to call and wants to make sure I have a solid plan for when I leave. She helped me find the best sober living facility for me. It has made me feel so much more prepared and supported and for that, I am thankful.

Everyone here asks me how Im doing every day and offer me positive encouragement and affirmations. The tech Robert notices changes and he stops to talk even when hes busy. he lets me know hes proud of me and shows that he genuinely cares. Its great to have people who are emotionally invested in me well being.

The staff has been wonderful. Jennifer always goes above and beyond to help with any request, whatever you need she makes it happen. She has a go-go personality. If I'm late medicine, she will stop what she's doing and help me out when maybe other staff members wouldn't. She helps me to be comfortable and makes sure I have everything I need. She's always smiling and it has made a difference in my stay here.

So many hardworking people here its hard to name them all. The first person that comes to mind is Stephanie in house keeping because she is so noticeably hard working. she does so much behind the scenes and always does extra that she doesn't really have to do like playing music for us in the cafeteria, hosting Halloween trivia, and always going above and beyond. I think her work ethic is infectious and it also makes us want to be better people just by seeing someone who cares. This has been a very healing experience.

My medical team has assisting me throughout my stay with any issues or concerns I had either with my medication, getting my primary care for when I go home, making sure my prescriptions are filled for when I leave, and answering any questions I had about different medications or side effects. Alana in the kitchen is great, shes sweet and considerate with a very positive vibe. She laughs a lot and keeps others laughing as well. I like that she always knows everyone's name and what they like to eat. Shes so friendly that Im never afraid to ask for seconds. we call her the pie pusher because she loves to feed us the pies for dessert! She is attentive and friendly and always deserves recognition!
