We started the deal with Solar Optimum with Sales Consultant Mason Brown. He was very fast and efficient in getting the ball rolling for us. We were initially going to go with a solar system with battery backup. Mason could have easily sold us both, but after asking us some questions, he suggested that the battery backup would not be a good value in our situation, saving us thousands of dollars. SolarOptimum was able to provide one of the most competitive proposal among all of the other providers I was looking into. However, communication has been extremely slow and both the sales rept and the project manager were extremely unresponsive. I've asked Francisco for the contract over and over again. Last communication with Francisco on Friday. He advised to give him 30 minutes and he will send the contract. I haven't received anything yet.
Absolutely their team was professional and responsive from go! They gave a competitive bid, use great quality Panasonic Solar Panels. Their installation team and Mr. Zhora were very helpful even after the install was completed. Many thanks to everyone at Solar Optimum, i would recommend them to anyone looking to be treated like a valued customer and wants a quality solar install. Definitely 5 Stars!!
We have been working with Solar Optimum to get additional solar panels prior to the Netmetering change. They have been fantastic. We worked with Allen Le and Mason Brown who have been wonderful. Mason took the time to gather all the necessary information and to answer our questions. He is knowledgeable, patient and an excellent communicator. He has promptly replied to emails and phone calls and goes the extra mile to help us get the process completed.
I wanted to say how much of a pleasure it has been working with Kevin Taing. His professionalism, promptness in returning my phone calls and emails, and being transparent throughout this whole solar installation process was extremely welcoming. Admittedly, it killed me to choose a different vendor. I had a terrible sleepless night before accepting another bid. All because Kevin Taing is an amazing rep. I was a total noob at the beginning of this process and Kevin hung in there with me while I boned-up on solar every night then bombarded him with questions every day. After initial discussions with the sales agent I decided to go with Solar Optimum. The quoting, contracting and financing processes went smoothly without any issues. After the site survey was completed, it took a couple of weeks to see the final design layout. There were some changes that required discussion with engineering team.
