The team at Solar Optimum is the Best!! They were amazingly patient with us despite all of our questions. They are extremely good at what they do. We went into the whole solar process very excited but also a bit nervous because it was such a big investment for us. But they quickly proved to us that we had come to the right place. Mark was our sales rep. We felt like we were in the best hands. I recommend this company for solar users.

The representatives that we came in contact with starting with the very first phone call I made to the company for information on their system, the Administrative staff, the Technicians, the Electrician, Project Manager, and Accounting. Solar Optimum has been outstanding! Before Solar Optimum, my electric bill ran from $300-$600 per month. Since Solar Optimum, my highest electric bill was one time $30.00, but since that one time, it has never exceeded $15.00 per month, and I have 2 large refrigerators and air conditioning units for upstairs and downstairs in my home. I am very pleased with Solar Optimum. I highly recommend using them.

Solar Optimum did several homes in our neighborhood, and the whole community has had a really positive experience. The installers we timely and professional. Customer service has also been stellar. Whenever I call, they're always willing to help.
Once the contract was signed, they took care of everything, especially resolving all issues with the local electric company.
Rep was friendly, informed and responsive. Bid was on par with others we received. We chose a different vendor who could install by year-end deadline for higher federal tax credit. Solar optimum could not offer that schedule
After doing our due diligence and searching many solar companies, we made our decision to go with Solar Optimum. It was the best decision. They are very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The work was completed on time with no delays. We are very happy and excited to be off the grid!!! Would highly recommend.
