Happy NEM 2.0 customer Signed contract on 9/19/22 recently received PTO on 1/31/22. Solar Optimum was the best choice in going solar out of the many companies I looked into.William was a great and knowledgeable also Edward his team did the installation perfectly without any issues. Happy I chose solar optimum. Highly recommend. We went with Panasonic EVPV 400h with Enphase IQ 8M Microinverters.
Kevin was great !! he communication was top notch. He explained everything in great detail unfortunately the panel selection was limited so I went a different route. Otherwise I would have went with solar optimum

I was referred to Mason from a colleague who recently went solar with Solar Optimum and boasted a wonderful experience with this company. After completing my system installation with SO, I am very satisfied with the wonderful customer service provided by Mason and the rest of the team. Highly recommend asking for Mason, he was patient, professional, friendly, understood all of my concerns and very efficient with answering my questions and problem solving even when it wasn't information in his department.
I am super happy for choosing to work with Solar Optimum for our solar panel installation. Their rep explained everything in a way that I could understand and even explain to my neighbors and friends who were also looking into solar.

I had several issues with this company at first. However, once the issues were brought to the attention of Amin Afshari every single issue was addressed and all problems were resolved. Amin went above and beyond staying in constant contact with me and keeping me updated on the status of the project. Things Solar Optimum did well: 1. Engineering design was well done, pretty extensive, may be that is the reason why the approval, inspection, permission to operate were very quick to get approved. 2. City inspection, PG&E permission to operate were done fairly quickly. 3. Hardware offering was excellent, wish I got the IQ8A inverter instead of the IQ8M. 4.
