Went in to service new car. Appointment was at 9am & didn’t get my car back till. 1pm! Pre purchased a year of oil changes & never was asked if I wanted my tires rotated & charged for the tire rotation & yelled at for buying oil changes. Worst service in Round Rock.

Was told repeatedly that it would take 2-3 days for the parts to arrive, but took 3 months. I tried to get occasionally updates since it was taking significantly longer, but couldnt get them to respond to me for weeks. It wasn't until I asked for the manager (which I never even got a hold of) that everything was magically there and I could take my car in. They are only focused on how to make more money. Very poor customer service. Rep was rude.

Very disappointed with car service, work wasn't completed and was told to check back after it slowed down. What's the need to schedule an appointment if work can't be completed? Too many excuses for not getting job done. This is the second time this has happened, very frustrating 😤
Everyone was nice but my service was bad. I went in for an oil change. Waited 2 hours. They told me at checkout they were short handed, which was no big deal. I was willing to wait. When I pulled off from the dealership, I noticed that my car was driving funny and smoking. Had to turn around and go back to the dealership. They took a look at it and turns out, who ever changed my oil didn’t drain out the old oil, so more oil just got put on top. They had to redone my oil change and new filter
I went for a service, where I explicitly stated that battery change may be required as it was recommended a year ago by another Nissan show room. And I asked them to check and let me know. Service rep stated that I’ll be reached out when the inspection is done. After 1.5 hrs with out discussing with me, I noticed that my car was parked outside. After about a week of emails, I set up an appt at 10:30 on Friday 6/30/23 to meet with salesman Jason M. I was very clear on my wants- have the 2021 Nissan Frontier with Vin # ready for me to test drive, and assuming no issues, I'll buy and be on my way home by lunch. Had appointment time, didn't matter. Took two hours to replace one light bulb. Charged four dollars, paper work fee (rip off). Service rep. Good.
