They are only focused on how to make more money. Very poor customer service. Rep was rude.

Very disappointed with car service, work wasn't completed and was told to check back after it slowed down. What's the need to schedule an appointment if work can't be completed? Too many excuses for not getting job done. This is the second time this has happened, very frustrating 😤
Everyone was nice but my service was bad. I went in for an oil change. Waited 2 hours. They told me at checkout they were short handed, which was no big deal. I was willing to wait. When I pulled off from the dealership, I noticed that my car was driving funny and smoking. Had to turn around and go back to the dealership. They took a look at it and turns out, who ever changed my oil didn’t drain out the old oil, so more oil just got put on top. They had to redone my oil change and new filter
I went for a service, where I explicitly stated that battery change may be required as it was recommended a year ago by another Nissan show room. And I asked them to check and let me know. Service rep stated that I’ll be reached out when the inspection is done. After 1.5 hrs with out discussing with me, I noticed that my car was parked outside. After about a week of emails, I set up an appt at 10:30 on Friday 6/30/23 to meet with salesman Jason M. I was very clear on my wants- have the 2021 Nissan Frontier with Vin # ready for me to test drive, and assuming no issues, I'll buy and be on my way home by lunch. Had appointment time, didn't matter. Took two hours to replace one light bulb. Charged four dollars, paper work fee (rip off). Service rep. Good.
Noticed a clunking noise when I drove over bumps. Took car to dealership within 3 days of noticing sound. They charged me $3300 to replace parts & didn’t resolve the issue. I was also without my car for 10 days. Not satisfied with the service.

Have replaced the battery and motor mounts and over $1200 worth of other problems on my Buick I just purchased 6.5 months ago. And absolutely worst customer service returning messages.

Took car in for service with bad misfire. Error code p300 and p304. Signifying random misfire and cylinder 4 misfire. Mechanic replaced injector number 4, EFI and throttle body service. Shortly before car pick up was called informed of bad oxygen sensor, $400, that would cause check engine illumination. Refused. Picked up car, $1200 for service completed, runs fine, no check engine light. Drove less than 100 miles, misfire again. P301 this time indicating #1 cylinder misfire. Replaced 5 remaining injectors.
