Risk of waiting in long line, take customers out of order. This is the second time this has happened to me. A few years ago, I stopped going here for service because the check IN/OUT process was so slow, and they dont process customers first-in-first-out. It appears random. Had a tire that blew with only 8600 miles and my Rogue is only 6 months old. Unfortunately, I did not have the road hazard protection, but my husband was told that it would be covered under a 12 month warranty. An hour later, they called and changed their minds to tell us we would have to pay for the tire out of pocket. Called to check on a repair status on my car that was dropped off by the towing company, Dealership had no clue where the car was. Had to call back to tell the gentleman to go look in his lot and finally he comes back saying oh yes sir it’s here. Brand new vehicle less than 2 years old, broke down in the middle of no where at Sonora TX with a check engine light on and a malfunction sensor. Frustrating having an appointment to have oil change only to be told that the time is “check in” time . Had to wait 2 hours for an oil change !! What is the point of arranging a time ! Oil changes don’t take that long! An appointment should be the time the service is to be done ! Very disappointing indeed!

Bro said 1 1/2 it took 2 1/2, I can in a 8am left 10:30am for an oil change, it made me late for work, store wasn’t Crowded, so they just need to work on their estimated time better

Looks like they need to improve customer satisfaction. My recent visit for a 75k mile service was bad. I had my air bag light on and the service specialist was not ready to fix whereas he asked me take another appointment as it goes to different technician. Very bad attitude.
If I could give 0 stars I would! I never write google reviews, but feel it is necessary in this case to hopefully save another person from the same situation I experienced with this dealership. I inquired about a Nissan Armada at this dealership. I was told by Rene it will was available and all I needed to do was start the financing application to get the ball rolling to purchase the car. It’s common for our pre-owned vehicles to receive interest by multiple parties, but having two people begin the application process so close to together is somewhat rare. The service department this morning was not very welcoming. Like normal, park the car and come in at scheduled time, which happened to be 7:00, came in at 7:01. The back row men were rudely griping about people coming in before 7 and not staying with their cars. That expectation has never been set forth in my time coming here the past 3 years. I’ll be going to a new service area for my next appointment.
