Service was very slow. Food was overpriced even for the early bird special. $69 for a Rib eye & nothing else was and lacking flavor was way over priced. Unacceptable!! Early bird special is not worth it.

We were seated right near the kitchen area. It was very noisy and distractive. Workers rushing around back and forth. We were hoping for a nice, quiet, romantic dinner. Our waiter was not attentive at all. Rarely saw him. Almost had to track him down to get our bill. The food was good but did not make up for everything else.

Service was great- food was not that great. I will still go to other steakhouses over Roxy every time

Dined there on Valentine's Day ... and our 30th wedding anniversary; were dressed in tux & formal gown. We arrived just as they started seating for dinner; all tables were completely open. Instead of seating us in the romantic cellar room, they seated us directly adjacent to the open kitchen. Are you effing kidding me? 😡

My wife and I asked for medium well steak and got rare. Which is okay but its not what we asked for. Staff was unable to fulfill our request. Will not return

Evidently, Roxy’s has changed quite a bit since bought by Caesar’s & not in a good way. My birthday is 25 Dec & my BFF is 31 Dec. Except when a snowstorm prevented her & her husband from driving over from CC, & the year my husband passed away, we have traditionally celebrated our birthdays at Roxy’s on the 31st. The 2 types of bread served were not anything my BFF & I could eat, 1 w/garlic & the other w/bacon. ugh! Why not have an option for plain sourdough instead of frous frous? Granted it was NY Eve but a 5pm reservation. Worst table in the house and they had just opened. We were in a hallway with too large of a table so we could not hear each other. The salads were tasteless but the Filet's were good. I think our server felt bad for our seating so was very nice and received a good tip. It was a good reminder to just stay home ion NY Eve.

Pieces of shell in lobster escargot, Regular escargot over cooked and gritty like not being cleaned properly, Ordered prime rib medium received rare. We were seated under the window for the servers to get sushi. The souffle was great and the server was very professional.

The food and service was outstanding. We were in a small room with a large group next to us and two children age 7 to 10 were running around the table screaming. The staff did well but the parents and family ignored the entire commotion. This was during 75% of our meal and caused a romantic evening to go awry.
