Dinner was fantastic. The waiter was great. We had a difficult time reading the menu as I forgot my glasses and it was romantically dark. He whipped out a handy mini light/magnifying glass. We ordered the lobster escargot appetizer, which was very yummy. We were going to pass on the bread, since we are dieting, but decided to forget about the diet for the night. Good thing! Had dinner here with my husband and college-aged vegetarian daughter. Food was excellent! Our waiter recommended allowing the chef to come-up with a vegetarian dish for our daughter as opposed to trying to pick a meat/seafood dish off the menu and leaving out the meat/seafood. Service and food here is exceptional. We've eaten there many times and it is one of the best restaurants in America.

Great food in a beautiful setting. We chose to share the lobster - escargot style, we each enjoyed the lobster bisque. We ordered the prime rib and cowboy, bone-in rib-eye. The selection of sides is interesting and diverse. We enjoyed our meal very much and will likely visit again on our next trip out to Reno. The Martini menu is huge. Our selections in that regard were fantastic.
Classy atmosphere - prices excessive with no salad or veggies included in entree price. Disappointed Matordee only visited large tables not small tables. Not very friendly and accommodating.

We made a reservation for their Thanksgiving dinner special ($75.99 per person). We called to see if they had an earlier time available but was told no, 8pm was the earliest time they had. When we arrived we were seated at a table near the back right next to another family, who was nonstop cussing loudly the entire duration. If you're looking for a nice romantic evening diner with a date, this is NOT the place. If you like martinis, this is a great place to see a menu full of good options and then wait an hour to get one, that never actually shows up. And the live music is only in the bar area. You cant even hear it in the restaurant. The food was overpriced and left a bad taste in my mouth. Got a wagu steak, but it was so coated in sauce that you couldn't taste the beef.
