The noise level was unbearable and the food totally overpriced for the quality. I will never return

The salmon was outstanding! The steak was so tough that I could only eat about 3/4 of it. At $80 per pound ala carte, I should have been able to eat all of it. This was without the poorest quality beef they could have bought. When I brought it to the attention of the server she shrugged and said, "I will tell them". "Them", never talked to me about it. The rest of the menu may be very good but I do not recommend the rib eye steak!

Was sat 20 minutes after our reservation. Hostess was rude-making up several reasons why she forgot us, first it was she had texted (I pulled out my phone to show no text messages), then it was she had called, then it was she’d called our name but when I pointed out that we were standing right next to the hostess stand and facing her in they line of sight, so just mumbled another excuse. Filet was very bland, scallops were rubbery, prime rib was just ok

Terrible experience. $65 dollar steak came overdone. Not even an apology from the waitress. Have a bunch of attitude. Not recommended.

12/4/22 Wife’s food Prime fib was 7/16” thick at best. Underside was dark brown like it been sitting around a while? Very disappointing. Shoestring fries dark brown in color, very crunchy and way over done, disappointing.

his dining experience was terribly disappointing. Never have I had anything but a wonderful, relaxing time and great food at Roxy’s so I was stunned at the way our server, Nick, presented himself when he arrived at our table. Not only was he unwelcoming and unfriendly, he was very sarcastic, condescending and borderline rude from the time he approached our table till we left. My steak again was medium to medium rare and I requested medium well. This is not the first time this has happened. Waiter did not apologize nor did he ask to cook it again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went for Thanksgiving dinner. Waited at our table for 15 minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge us. Lots of passerbys, but nothing. Got up and left. Wasn't crowded and many staff on hand.
