Great food in a beautiful setting. We chose to share the lobster - escargot style, we each enjoyed the lobster bisque. We ordered the prime rib and cowboy, bone-in rib-eye. The selection of sides is interesting and diverse. We enjoyed our meal very much and will likely visit again on our next trip out to Reno. The Martini menu is huge. Our selections in that regard were fantastic.

We had a group Of 7. Two tables were pushed together and they were two different heights. A person was sat right where the tables met on both sides. Food wasn’t great and the service was terrible. The waitress would disappear for long periods. Very disappointing. We won’t be back. The Pointers

The food was not good. The salad was drenched in vinaigrette so you could only eat the top. The escargot was under seasoned and the garlic was old, resulting it just tasting like snails in butter. The paella rice was soggy and the sauce was again very under seasoned and just tomato. The chicken pieces were rubbery erasers and there was nothing seasoning the “lobster tail”. Had a reservation at 7:30 wasn’t sat till 8 wouldn’t be a problem but me and my GF dont gamble or drink! Got seated the waiter asked for drinks we ordered 2 Coca-Cola’s he brought us one soda back the crab cakes have changed since the last time I was there and the waiter argued and looked as if I was crazy, maybe I am?! He waited and cleared a whole table next to us when I had just asked for boxes so we could leave one would think he’d bring the bill too but we again had to wait for the bill! We had a 9:30 PM reservation for four on Valentine’s Day and never received our food. After waiting an hour and a half, we left at 11:00 PM having been served nothing but two small Caesar salads. No entrees ever arrived. We did have a few cocktails, but somehow still ended up paying $169 for essentially nothing. Classy atmosphere - prices excessive with no salad or veggies included in entree price. Disappointed Matordee only visited large tables not small tables. Not very friendly and accommodating.

We made a reservation for their Thanksgiving dinner special ($75.99 per person). We called to see if they had an earlier time available but was told no, 8pm was the earliest time they had. When we arrived we were seated at a table near the back right next to another family, who was nonstop cussing loudly the entire duration.
