Confusing. Took the wrong entrance, they said "sit anywhere." I knew that wasn't right. Finally, after three tries of wandering around, found someone to help. Then they disappeared for 10 minutes. Finding a table, or on break? Who knows! Finally got seated. Felt sorry for the gentleman even older than I who served my table. Nice, but completely lost, must not have planned for retirement. Not even close to one of the best steaks I have had. Not worth the money, we will never go back.

The food and service was good. The problem was with the Players Card. The Eldorado players card showed that both myself and my wife were to receive $30 food credit on this meal, but it was NOT honored by the restaurant. It speaks poorly of trust w both the restaurant and with The Eldorado Casino. If they lie on their comps they probably are lining about other things.

Awful experience. Server ignored us. Had to track down busser for a piece of bread and drink refills. Jasmine rice tasted like soap and was inedible. Girls working in kitchen area had long hair down with no nets or even pulled back. Horrible food and service for expensive prices and especially on Valentine's night

Not impressed with either the service or the menu. The food was marginal at best and it was way overpriced. Will not be returning.

The salmon was outstanding! The steak was so tough that I could only eat about 3/4 of it. At $80 per pound ala carte, I should have been able to eat all of it. This was without the poorest quality beef they could have bought. When I brought it to the attention of the server she shrugged and said, "I will tell them". "Them", never talked to me about it. The rest of the menu may be very good but I do not recommend the rib eye steak!

Was sat 20 minutes after our reservation. Hostess was rude-making up several reasons why she forgot us, first it was she had texted (I pulled out my phone to show no text messages), then it was she had called, then it was she’d called our name but when I pointed out that we were standing right next to the hostess stand and facing her in they line of sight, so just mumbled another excuse.
