Food was tasteless and way too expensive for what I received. Will not return.

We frequently dine at Roxy, but never encountered such poor, indifferent service. The bus staff was excellent, the wait staff was among the worst we have encountered in any fine dining and the service is better at casual dining establishments. Unfortunately, for more than $100 per person, we are not taking a chance on returning.

The ambiance and service at Roxy were excellent—our server was attentive, friendly, and made the experience feel upscale and welcoming. Unfortunately, the steak was severely undercooked despite being ordered at a specific temperature, which took away from an otherwise great meal.

Had to wait 5 minutes after my reservation had started, after I had reserved my spot with a $50 deposit, at the front of of the restaurant for the hostess to come help us. No one was around, I walked into the restaurant and got barked at by a waiter to back up front. Anyone manage this place?

The server informed us they were out of multiple items. We should have walked out at that point. Disappointing.

We had a 6:45 reservation at the Roxy restaurant. Our drinks and appetizer arrived and we given one piece of bread each. The rest of the evening was not worth our time or money. Our waitress was fine. Although, we waited fifty minutes for our entrees to arrive after the appetizer had been cleared. When the entrees finally arrived my husband’s filet was quite overcooked. Uber expensive for what you get- the scallops were tasty, the crab cakes were not- overcooked which lacked freshness and not a Maryland Crab experience.

This was our second time coming for dinner and the whole experience was awful. There was 4 of us and they brought out our guests main course, didn’t bring any of our food at all. They also forgot to bring out our salads, and when we finally got our steaks they were overcooked. By the time we got our food prepared correctly our guests were finished eating. Service was very slow. Food was overpriced even for the early bird special. $69 for a Rib eye & nothing else was and lacking flavor was way over priced. Unacceptable!! Early bird special is not worth it.
