We were one of the first reservations of the evening and it took us over an hour to get our food. Don’t bother ordering the crab cake...$18 for ONE crab cake, that’s ridiculous. Meat was dry. First time being to this restaurant and will be my last. Table position was questionable, felt like we were just thrown into a corner table to be out of everyone’s way. Not a great first impression

The staff was not accommodating and set us in the corridor even though we had specific reservations. The Short Rib was fatty and tough, the Hangar Steak was tough and over-cooked. Nothing about this meal was worth the cost. The worst part was the Bacon Cheese Bread as dense, cold, and stale.

I’m really sorry to have to write this review, because I’ve worked in retail, but almost all the restaurants/bars in the row need major help with service standards. Roxy was the worst dining experience I’ve had in Reno. Slow service, not a great menu (who serves porterhouse steak with French fries?). The worst part of all; after waiting over an hour for our main course, my husband’s chicken was RAW in the middle. Just terrible. 10 out of 10 will NOT be back or recommend. Booths are very uncomfortable --need to recover seats. Food and service are wonderful. Steaks done to perfection.

The food was pretty good overall. I had the scallops . They were delicious. My only real complaint was the service. The server ,Tyte, seemed very nonchalant about the entire experience. He was doing his job , but he didn’t do anything to make our experience special. It was what I would expect at chili’s, not a nice steak house.

Great dinner and experience. We were a little disappointed in the entree (rib eye steak) as it was not a very good cut at all and lots of fat. Service was great as usual. Will be back soon!

We had reservations and there really was no one at the reception stand to greet and seat you. Other guests who did not have reservations started to yell at us because we walked to the front to check in and he thought we were cutting in line. It was not the way we wanted to start our evening. Management did not step in and this gentleman was confrontational towards two other groups also waiting.
Very disappointing dining experience and this restaurant has definitely seen much better days. The service was atrocious and the food not much better. I will not go back.
