I really like coming to eat at Roxy's every time we're here at Reno, but this one time I really felt disappointed with the service. Our waiter seemed impatient and really didn't come around as much, we had to keep asking several people several times for more bread, then our bread was literally put on top of our bread basket that was clearly left with left over crust from all the other bread we had eaten which shocked me; after all how difficult is it to remove a basket full of leftovers and bring a new basket instead . Wow. Very expensive for the quality of the steaks. Had the prime rib and filet mignon; honestly at the level of a Coco’s or Applebees. Truffle Mac and cheese was watery and flavorless. On the brighter side, the staff were very nice and really great bread service. Also the cream horseradish was good.

Several items weren’t available on the menu. We were seated in a 2 top in the middle of the kitchen floor. We kept getting bumped into. The server did not report to our table for 15minutes upon sitting down.

The special Valentines Special Dinner was terrible. The plates were cold, the noodles were under cooked, the meals seemed to have been prepared the day before. My wife and I have been going to Roxy's for 30 years + and this is the worst meal we have ever had there. The server seemed like she was a trainee, did not describe the wines, nor the courses. We were extremely disappointed> I don't know if we will ever go back to Roxy's, so sad.

Service was bad, waiter was drunk, he keep pouring our drinks on the table, we have to send our food back because he brought it cold. For the money we spent not worth it.

All casinos are obnoxiously noisy. Our server was quite nice but had too many customers, so service was slow -- I suspect the kitchen is also understaffed, so our mains took a long time to arrive. Our busser was exceptionally good: fast, polite, quiet, attentive. While the warm bacon-cheddar bread was outstanding, the rest of the meal was average -- neither imaginative nor especially tasty, tho well-prepared.

Went to this restaurant for my birthday and the server was terrible. I barely sat for 45 minutes and was pushed out by the manager because there was another party that needed to be seated. DIDNT EVEN GET THE BIRTHDAY DESERT THE SERVER WAS STATED HE WOULD BRING OUT. meanwhile other tables who were seated prior to my arrival still were at their table. Manager said he would take care of me next time I came in. He removed 2 drinks from the bill. Been to many steak houses in Reno while the food was ok I wouldn't go back to this r... read more

My fish was tough and overcooked and lacked flavor. Cocktails were too sweet.
