We ordered scallops they came out raw and soggy sent them back they recooked them they came still soggy on inside the manager was really nice and took them off the bill

My cocktail order was wrong. My guests pork chop was raw. My scallops were cold. Management offered us a free dessert, it was soggy. Service was slow. The venue was extremely loud. The prices were disproportionately high. All in all, a place to avoid.

Server was to busy to cover all her tables. The lighting was to low I could not see my food or my wife. Your prices are way to high. We used to enjoy Roxys, we will not be back!

Horrible experience on every level. Mediocre food with over the top pricing, allowing diners to leave their tables to bring back free drinks obtained from the Gold Room (CHEAP diners) to watching a couple hand feed their dog from the table. We witnessed this couple complain so obnoxiously about their bill after they ate (guess their dog enjoyed the food though) that the poor server gave both of them free deserts just to quiet them. Went here for anniversary dinner. Wait service was excellent, food was mediocre, valet staff were rude and very condescending. And charged us $10 valet fee after we spent $300 on dinner, and they didn't even bother to open car door for my wife. Then they acted like we were jerks for not tipping for ugly service. Very disappointing, and unnecessary. We did not feel welcome there at all, and we will never be back.

Steak was tough chewy and flavorless presentation was garbage and the noise level was absolutely insane. For the price of the food you would think they’d take some pride in that kind of stuff

This place is way over hyped. We were expecting prime service and food. Honestly the service was not good from walking in, to being seated to being waited on. This was a birthday experience and we would have rather had food at Habit for the price we paid. Overall, the manager needs to train the staff or hire more people that are professionals.

Very disappointed. Was looking forward to an amazing dinner. I’ve had much better quality food and less expensive places. Definitely overpriced. And yes, we knew the prices before we went. Expected better food for the price though. Service staff does not support the servers enough. Server got overwhelmed With a large table after we were there and couldn’t keep up and no one helped him out. Never saw a manager once. Ricardo was great with water, plate removal and over all friendliness
