We were really excited going back to the Bistro Roxy at the Eldorado. Upon getting seated we realized we were seated on a walk way so our privacy throughout dinner was non existent. When we got our appetizers the ravioli were cold and when we got them back it seemed like they warmed up the same dish. My lamb chops were barley warm and by the time we got our check the manager hadn’t come by to check in on us. Needless to say we won’t be back

Tried Roxy after many years. Overpriced drinks..Coors $8...house Chard...$12.50. Food our pork chop that we split was Ok..but not outstanding. Value, no. $120 with tip for split wedge, asparagus, and chop. Probably will not return and we are locals.

Don’t even look at the menu. Know what I want.
This was our 2nd visit. First time was amazing, but this time not so much. I'm sure it was just our server. He told us 3 different sizes on their lobster tails, 8,10,20 oz. When I ordered the 10oz tail, he stated they didn't have that size only 4 and 20. Complete different sizes. Next was our dessert. We ordered the chocolate souffle, which would have been magnificent had he not poured lemon sauce thru it. It was supposed to be chocolate but he mistakenly used the wrong sauce. Nice atmosphere. Nothing creamy about the creamy spinach. Risotto was dry and hard. Waiter was very nice, but could not remember who ordered what.

Had scallops and risotto. The risotto was bland and the scallops tasted underdone. My husband had short ribs and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes tasted like they accidentally dumped a owhole bottle of horseradish in them. The lemon soufflé tasted more like eggs than lemon. Overall very disappointing, especially for the price.

Got to restaurant at correct time. Seated fairly quickly. From there is went downhill. Ordered tea and an Arnold Palmer for my wife. Bar does not carry lemonade, so the Arnold Palmer was sugared lemon water with tea. Not good! From there it got worse. Bread lady came by, bread was cold, and she left no butter. Had to ask a couple of times for butter. Then is got worse. Ordered our meals. Took 40 minutes for our meals to come. Now mind, we got there at 5:30pm and it was not crowded. Meals finally showed up. Really disappointed!!! Thought service was just horrible. Food was wrong cut of steak and not prepared to ordered temperature. Couldn't send back because the server never checked backed. Seemed he couldn't be bothered. All of dinner service we were made to feel out of place. Won't be back!! and will tell everyone I know not to dine at Roxy.

Way overpriced food for what I paid. $10 a scallop is too much to pay. And, a salad didn’t even come with that. Very disappointing in that regard.
