Ravioli were good. The steaks were so thin and basic quality for the price it was insulting. Rediculously priced for basic quality. It’s a restaraunt in a Reno casino..... 225 for two people with 2 drinks each and one appetizer and two entrees Insane.

Food was disappointing. I have had better there in the past. Cutting the covid corners. I understand the limited menu but the food was less than memorable and Roxy is one of my favorites in reno

Hostess was horrible. Checked in early for reservation and was told to come back. After returning and checking back in I was told to wait. I waited another 20 minutes 6 feet from her station, checked back again... My table was gone and was told she had called my name 3 times as well as messaged me. It was 9:17 and her only text was at 9:14. We were seated shortly after at a table overlooking the lobby, it was very loud. The cocktails were horrible haha! Food was good, waitress was nice. Honestly this place would've gotten 4 stars if our waiter wasn't so stand-offish. From the very beginning we could tell he wasn't happy about taking our table - felt like he was pre-judging us for being a younger couple. His attitude only got worse when my husband ordered one of their sushi rolls for his entrée, which was $25, and I ordered the 7oz. filet and added a side of their mac n' cheese. His reply was "That's it?!". Yeah man, we had a late lunch and want to save room for dessert. After that it was minimal interaction... read more

Very disappointed in food quality. High price for ok food. Service and bread were great but thats about it.

They do have a nice ambience but we were sat between what was the kitchen door and an unknown door. Than when bill came my card was charged a whole other amount than the tab they gave me prior to picking it up with my card. They didn't apologize and had an attitude like "it's going to go back in eventually". Not to mention they served my girlfriend old wine, thank goodness she knows her wine to determine the difference.

I was very disappointed in their selection of food for vegetarians. In the past we have enjoyed eating there because my husband could enjoy a nice steak and there would also be a nice entree that as a vegetarian I could also enjoy. Won't be going back there!

Went there with a few buddies and we found a long womens hair in our food and they only took half off of that one plate. The service was good besides that. The filet was excellent and so was the calamari, but no need to go back.

The food quality and service level has decreased substantially since last dining there in Sept.
