booked Roxy's for 10pm through Opentable when I got there at 945pm they said they were closed in was like then why was I allowed to book a time for 10pm through Opentable didn't even answer my question
Too noisy to have a conversation. The table was uneven and kept rocking back and forth. The waiter made me feel like we were unimportant. Manuel the busser was the best.
We were seated right below the one man band, however, his microphones were set to a high degree which was very uncomfortable especially when you want to come in from the noise and have a relaxing dinner. The salmon was oily, I would not order that again; I recommend a bread basket at the table as opposed to the girl going around with the basket.
Waiter was awful. 25 minutes to get drinks and order the meal. Sprinklers went off closing the restaurant but our appetizers came out following the sprinklers. Still charged for the food. Waiter did not explain that the restaurant was closing. Awful experience on our anniversary. Local and will not recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I had a reservation for 5:45 and were promptly seated; impressed that the hostess had noted our special request for a secluded table. We were greeted by our attentive waiter, Clark and as if simultaneously, our dining experience ominously began to take shape. We waited even though we had a reservation. Then we’re placed next to a kitchen. The music was so loud in the lounge upstairs we couldn’t hear anything. Our nice waitress had laryngitis from talking so loud over the band. There were four of us and all our meals were terrible! Our bill was over $300 which would’ve been OK if it was a good meal. We will never go back!
The lighting was so poor we had to use a flashlight to read our menus. Beef quality was poor. Prime rib was tough, the filet had little taste. For the price, Ruth's Chris (opening in the Silver Legacy), will take your customers away. Our waitress was dismissive when my wife asked a question about the dinner salads. All in all, it wasn't the quality or service we've experienced at El Dorado restaurants.
We've been to Roxy dozens of times. First time our experience was terrible. Wait service completely rude and unacceptable. Manager not trained in customer service. Caprese salad special served with HARD and stale mozzarella. We planned for 1-1/2 hour dinner to make show after. Dinner and problem resolution caused us to be 40 minutes late to show. Very disappointed in Roxy this visit.
Horrible experience. The place was chaotic, they were busy and not properly staffed. Both my husband and I ordered filet mignon, both of our steaks were burnt on the outside, and under cooked on the inside. :( the lobster was amazing, and the mashed potatoes were great. Drinks took too long to deliver. Overall this was a bad experience for our anniversary, we will not be returning.
