Esta empresa es una estafa y tiene un pésimo servicio al cliente. Mienten completamente sobre la garantía de sus productos y utilizan tácticas de venta agresivas que se aprovechan de la gente. Royal Prestige is the worst when it comes to senior citizens or any consumer. They do not deserve to be in business because representatives are always taking advantage of people in their house and pressuring to buy unnecessary products. When you try to return or get a refund they do not allow you. I had a bad experience and no one was able to solve my issue or take the product back when I did not order it. They charged me for the product and until this day no one has contacted me to solve this issue.

Cuando me hicieron la explicación del Filtro fue muy insistente que cuando la luz no prendieron había que cambiar la bateria. Y así lo hicimos. Le damos poco uso, porque en mi trabajo aveces me regalan cajas de agua. Ahora al cambiar labatería. La luz no orende y el vendedor nos dice que no tiene importancia. ?? Es impresionante como se dicen cosas por vender.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I felt pressured to buy from them after multiple times saying I wasnt financially stable. They kept ensuring me that it wont be that much. It ended up being over $2k just for a shower head with a filter that is **** Has no pressure at all and a water filter for the kitchen sink. Saludos al equipo de trabajo de Royal. La venta fue buena, no siendo as el pago. Cuando hice el contrato di el nmero de tarjeta con la que voy a efectuar los pagos por descuento automtico y as lo hice saber. En enero me llamaron por no haber pagado y me pusieron un recargo para febrero. Por qu yo tengo que pagar recargo si fueron ustedes los que no efectuaron el pago? No estoy de acuerdo por ser multada por algo que no es mi responsabilidad

Im not happy at all with this company!! I had a sales person come in to my house, she sold us more than I needed. I signed on the dotted line so that was a done deal!!! A couple of weeks later I get my shipment, I got a paella pot, Dutch oven, filter system for my kitchen sink and shower filter. I contacted the sales person, she said she would come by to help me unpack and curate the pots or get them ready for first use.
