They say they are accredited with Better Business Bureau but they are not. It is pretty messed up that they are sending this to me, don't trust Hy Cite. I hade a Terrible experience.

The products are good quality but the sales representative are really bad. They only care to sell you they do not help after your purchase the product. They like to harrass you and do not help on installation and issues that you may have with product.

I just had some of your people, that go by, Edward, Alfonzo, and Roxy visit me and my wife today, unannounced while in my boxers. My wife was also not properly dressed. Your people came in with suit and tie to harass us and pressure us into purchasing your products. My wife was told by Roxy, on the phone, that she was going to receive gifts for an inconvenience that happened last year when she was pressured to buy their product from someone. El producto buenísimo, no tengo ninguna queja acerca del producto. Pero si estoy muy molesta con el vendedor. Ha echo cosas muy incorrectas y eso me tiene muy molesta. I will never buy from them, the seller did not allow me to read the contract and never mentioned the interest rate. I ended up paying twice as much. I will never buy from them again!
