Muy buenos para vender pero los servicios son engaosos, los vendedores son poco profesionales y la compaa no los avalan. Absolutely terrible. Purchased a filter that doesn’t work. The salesman who sold it to me doesn’t answer, or gives me excuses saying he’ll look into it. It’s been weeks and no answer. I want to get rid of this hunk of junk. My water is salty, it’s ruining my appliances.

This company is the absolute worst. The customer service is terrible, and that's me phrasing it nicely. Our kitchen filter has not been working for months and while attempting to get a new filter, we have been given the worst run-around and were even sent a destroyed filter as a "replacement". I order a filter for my house thinking that it was the best product. The seller was informed that where I live we had our own well water and was making sure with her that this product was the correct one . But finding out it isn’t . My water taste like Salt. I call the seller, her manager and the company and they tell me that they going to see what can they do and never call me back or come to the house and resolve that issue. We purchased a product on November 3rd, we have been trying to cancel the order and get the refund back to our credit card, but they are giving us the run around! They shipped the product, but it seems we can't return it. They are quick in selling you a product, but they don't like you cancelling! Be aware of this company do not buy from them! In October of 2023, I discovered that my identity had been stolen and used to open several fraudulent accounts, including one with Royal Prestige. I immediately contacted Royal Prestige for more information and assistance in clearing my name and credit by removing this fraudulent account.
