They use pushy sales tactics come into your home even when you say you dont have time or when you say you change your mind about buying something they wont leave you alone and after I bought something I found out about the terms of payment agreement. Just pushy and promise to come and install product after it arrives and then they dont.

Terrible company, they lied to me about my payments made the payments way higher than what was agreed on and wouldnt fix the issue, also refused to take back the items and now my credit is ruined because of this company

If i could give this company a zero i would, the vendors are very pushy when it comes to sale, but when we have questions they take forever to help. I got 2 filters and one didnt fit and they wanted to switch my stuff in my kitchen to make it work but i didnt want too, they said they would come back to switch for other things and never did and a month passed and they coudnt switch the stuff because the month had already passed. They knew what they were doing so I would have to stay with the stuff. Very bad customer service. ... read more

Hola pues apenas los estoy usando y no me parecen tan mal solo que el precios es bien elevado y con los vendedores son peor que los polticos me prometieron. Un regalo ya e pagado dos cuotas y aun no lo recibo y los msj y llamadas para que decirles se perdieron totalmente solo isieron la venta y ni si quiera para preguntar que tal me parecen las ollas y si me estn funcionando bien segn que la garanta es de por vida haber si es sierto eso.

Horrible customer service, they sold me some pans from a catalog and when I opened it so see if they were to my liking or damaged I did not like the material and the very strict rules the pan had. I tried to return them but do to their "open policy" I can't return the product. Now I am stuck with 2,200$ bill and dime very delicate pans that are not to my liking.
