I purchased a car from ***** Autonation is Georgia, Long story short I totaled out my car and filed a gap claim with the company safe guard and its been over a month and I havent heard anything back from anyone, my credit has been severely impacted, no communication with ***** Financial group either as well, and they are just horrible at communication.

I have been sending my documents in for my totaled car to safe-guard only for them to reject me constantly over and over since November ***************************************************** from getting a new vehicle I would never recommend this company to anyone with the car being totaled out just a pack illiterate individuals.

DO NOT BUY A SAFE-GUARD BACKED WARRANTY! My experience with the safeguard warranty products international warranty could not have been any worse. When I sold my vehicle and attempted to cancel the policy, I was given a complete runaround about the cancellation process that totally contradicted the language in my contract. I was quoted a $3452 refund, which was later denied in contradiction to the contract language. I bought a New ********************** Plan through ***************** in ******, ******** on 4/29/2022. It was to cover my new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. In December of 2023 I traded my Jeep for **** Jeep Grand Cherokee. The plan is not transferable. I started paperwork to cancel the plan and get a refund. The original plan was for 5 years. I have never had such a careless experience from incompetent people and I don't mean that as a euphemism. The entire claims process with this company was the most daunting task Ive ever experienced and I wouldn't recommend their services to a cockroach if one could be insured.The document submission process is equivalent to receiving a prostate exam. This company is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE WARRANTY COVERAGE. Tire and wheel warranty approved a tire and then tried to retract the removal once inspection was done on the other tires because 2 other tires had damage found and were added to the claim the same day. Another nail with a slow leak was documented. ALL PICTURES were submitted and after each submission more documentation was requested. ********* documented and submitted documents.

I purchased Gap insurance from Safeguard through ***.My car was deemed a total loss. *** paid majority of my loan balance leaving me with a balance of 3800.00.I filed a GAp claim with Safeguard and provided them with the requested information.They took forever to response to my claim then requested a running balance from finance company . I currently applied for an Extended Automotive Warranty marketed under the name of "Chevrolet Protection Plan". My experience was a total disaster with this company. I'm sorry that I can not recommend an alternate company. Stay as far away from this company as you can. Read the fine print for the names Safe-Guard Products and GM Protections, LLC. You will be sorry if you do business with them.

I purchased tire warranty when I purchased my car. On the day I purchased it I was told if anything happened to my tires it will be repaired or replaced. My tires are damaged and needs to be replaced as per the dealer. Im out of a vehicle a week now and the claim is being denied. I have a toddler that needs his weekly food and other supplies.
