Do not use this service this is a ripoff. My monthly amount is much higher than some one that has all the bells & whistles. I reached out to see if being with them a year if any other offers were available, and of course I was pushed over to ADT so just be aware once they get your business that’s it. I’ll gladly pay the cancellation fee, and take my business where I am appreciated at as being a loyal customer.

She told me about the company and what she had to offer. My original agreement with this sales rep was to get a doorbell camera & a driveway camera. fast forward the day of install a gentleman came to the house everything was going fine until he came in shows me a list of different packages he explained it to me i kindly said no thank you that i would like to just get what ... read more

I have been having issues with my driveway camera for months. someone came out to fix the issue, but the camera is still not working. I have called customer service put on hold for over 10 mins and then the phone hangs up.
