You ripped me off
This is one of the most stupid and lowest company’s you could possibly work with, specially as a new home Owner, go to Guardian. Their customer service is way much better, they are less of a pain and their sales representatives do not try to rip you off, even the installation person ripped us off. Guardian allows you to add military discounts, I wouldn’t mind ADT however this third party safe heaven is just the worse, ADT should reconsider working with them. We just move to Pensacola FL. We had a concierge service assist us with the move. Safe Haven rep showed up at our door authorized by us or our hoa. Tricked my wife into a system install as she was thinking this was the free adt system we were suppose to get from our concierge service but it was not. She ended up paying 1421.15. I have called several times to cancel the service and get a refund to no avail. Do not be trick by this company. Safe Haven Security LLC. Stay clear of them. Giving them ZERO ZERO stars!!!! This is the worst company!! The customer service rep by the name of “ DAE” which is only her first name because They don’t provide you with their last names. Dae was a complete ignorant Idiot! She spoke over me when I was trying to explain the problem with my device. When I ask to speak to someone above her she stated there was no one to talk to and what she told me it what it is. I can not recommend this company unless they fix their invoice system. Make sure to click the correct link or they will cancel you. In August 2022, I signed up for ADT security with Safe Haven from a door-to-door salesman. After completing the contract and installation, services with the company have been great, except a technician never came back to finish installing the remaining camera. In May 2023, I missed a payment due to a change in my credit card for autopay on file. I paid two payments of $63.99 each via their port... read more
The worst people to go through!! Everything they offer is way over priced and everyone you speak with is rude as hell. Do not buy through them!
I had Jonathan(install tech)from the Greenville SC office out on Friday Aug 18 2023 to install a camera. While Jonathan was upstarts hard wiring the camera he went thru my belongings and stole a pair of apple air pods. I blame myself for allowing him upstairs by himself, however, I felt that someone from the company that I use for my security system, should be able to be trusted to NOT steel from its customers!!
