Guys came to my house in name of Safe Haven, offered services with "anytime cancellation" and surprisingly when I tried to cancel they said: "you have a contract of 36mo, you cannot cancel, you signed the contract, It does not matter what the representative said." So, be careful, contract NOTHING with them.

Not a happy customer. No answer when I try and call the customer service line. I needed assistance 11 months ago and I’m still requesting assistance.

So far it’s been terrible. Had an appointment today for 8:00 am. Nobody called or showed up. I called and customer service keeps sending me to phone that no one’s answering. It just rings and tells you about the current wat time, and then it hangs up. I’m unable to talk to anyone except for the main concierge who can’t help me. This is ridiculous

I have had nothing but problems with my system! The Alarm will go off at 3AM or while in Church for No apparent reason! The placement of the front camera is blocked by the wall, I have complained and called the installers at SafeHaven, and this has been going on for 2 months now! Absolutely the worst Customer Service Ever! The installers left ALL of the other sensors in place from the previous owners providers. The back door constantly says Back Door Open, and it's closed! I will never recommend ADT or SafeHaven to nobody!

Installation was scheduled for today when I signed up for the service. I reviewed my Work Order and the date is blank. There is no customer service on weekends. If Installation is scheduled on weekends, customers should have a way to reach someone on weekends.

Poor business practice. They will not sell new equipment to previous customers still under contract. I asked to speak to manager to escalate the support and customer rep for Safe Haven refused to allow the contact. I will be telling everyone i can find not to use Safe Haven and i will submit negative reviews for Safe Haven at every opportunity.

A about a month ago we woke up to one of my doors we have a sensor connected too wide open and the panel on my adt completely red saying the alarm was silenced . I was back and forth with ADT and safe haven cause our contract is apparently with them. Neither can explain why this happens. After about a month we have not felt safe or secure with both services and want to cancel. Because of the contract (which I get) we ultimately can’t do so. Do not have them do anything for you, the cameras frequently go down. Even though they are connected to the Wi-Fi They sell you outdated cameras for full price. Other equipment they sell, frequently disconnect from the system. When they do you have to call them to do a virtual diagnostic with an agent over the phone. Which is very aggravating. Most of the time they don’t fix anything, so then you have to pay $80 for someone to come out and “fix it” only for you to experience the same issues a couple of days later. If you do ... read more
