This is the worst service I’ve ever had. Smoke detector doesn’t stay connected and the panel is always dinging because of this. Had to have a second person come out and move the panel. Not user friendly and not very good coverage at all.
Initially was fine for a security company installing ADT equipment. After 6 months, I've had 2 different door sensors fall off (one has been lost). I now have to pay a service fee to have a new sensor installed. ADT should replace their faulty equipment at no cost to the customer and pay their installers to re-install ADT Faulty crap equipment. The sensors are installed using a 2 sided tape which apparently isn't very sticky since they fall off after six months. HOW IS MY HOME SECURE WITH SENSORS THAT FALL OFF!!!!
We bought a DR Horton home and Safe Haven had a deal with them so we HAD to get their service. We’ve been in our home just over a year and the equipment has not been reliable. Our doorbell didn’t work for 2 months. Now our panel is out and they say the 5 year rated battery is dead? We lost service last Thursday and they can’t get a tech out to us until July 6th? Would do less than 1 start it it were possible. My house burned down 3-16-2023, Safe haven connected me 3 months after the fire with no other contact between losing my home and the contract running out. They only wanted to know if I wanted to continue my service. How does a security company have no clue your house has burned down or better yet not reach out until your contract is up. Pathetic. Beware of Safe Haven. It is a 3 year contract that you cannot get out of. New system installed November 2022. Lots of problems transmitting sensors to panel. Finally get that working. Over the weekend smoke detectors going off in the middle of the night for no reason. When I called ADT who I pay a monthly fee to, they couldn’t help me because Safe Haven did the install. I have to say I am still waiting on the keys to my front door lock which I paid $300 for and never received after the installer installed three different locks. I also never received any type of sign to place in my yard for ADT. We are disappointed in Safe Haven and will be calling ADT directly.
This company is a rip off. They tell you they stuff is the best when all they do is buy equipment from a store and resale it to you triple the price. Honestly I’m not satisfied with the service at all. Every time I want to see an image it keeps loading loading and it takes quite some time to see it. Overall this service sucks. They are to overpriced.
Please run from this company this company is by far the worst security system company. If I could give them zero stars I would. They have so many bad reviews on BBB they rating should not be an A it should definitely be an F. My property was broken into on three different occasions and my cameras were on working but did not pick any thing up or go off, my neighbor had to call me and send me her video from her alarm system just so I can file a police report. The video doorbell stopped working within a month. Their customer service is poor. No response to emails. Every time you call no one answers and their reps have all the excuses. They protect themselves with a contract. Avoid them and go directly with ADT not this 3rd party
