This company is a rip off. They tell you they stuff is the best when all they do is buy equipment from a store and resale it to you triple the price. Honestly I’m not satisfied with the service at all. Every time I want to see an image it keeps loading loading and it takes quite some time to see it. Overall this service sucks. They are to overpriced.

Please run from this company this company is by far the worst security system company. If I could give them zero stars I would. They have so many bad reviews on BBB they rating should not be an A it should definitely be an F. My property was broken into on three different occasions and my cameras were on working but did not pick any thing up or go off, my neighbor had to call me and send me her video from her alarm system just so I can file a police report. The video doorbell stopped working within a month. Their customer service is poor. No response to emails. Every time you call no one answers and their reps have all the excuses. They protect themselves with a contract. Avoid them and go directly with ADT not this 3rd party

Everything works just as it should until it doesn’t. I’m currently going through an outage and calling Safehaven to request a technician is impossible because they don’t work on weekends. My Z wave devices are all down and I’ve tried to troubleshoot it with an ADT technical representative on the phone with no luck because if he even is the authorized dealer they have to come out and troubleshoot it but they don’t work on weekends, so how are customers supposed to receive help when the system is down on a Saturday or Sunday?

I see alot of good reviews about Safe Haven Security, I wish I could say the same. I just purchased a new home in witch Safe Haven is contracted to set up the smart home and security system They called me and made an appointment in which the tech did not show up! I got a hold of him and he made excuses why he did not show. We then made another appointment a couple days later and again he did not show up or call. I hope you all think twice before doing business with this company.

I asked for magnetic sensors. I was given shock sensors (for free) the tech told me that they may not work well in my windows because they are shallow. he installed them anyway. I can no longer set my alarm because my sensors keep setting off my alarm SAFE HAVEN wants to charge to get the original sensors I wanted installed. It will cost me close to 200 dollars to have what I asked for installed in my home now. I don’t even want to give them one star. HORRIBLE customer service. Since we started with them we have had nothing but horrible customer service. Once our contract is up we are done. I am so disappointed.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Faulty equipment. My smoke detector keeps going off for no reason and has the fire department at my house. MULTIPLE sensors don't work off and on. I called to receive help and they want to charge me to come out to fix their faulty equipment that was installed brand new less than a year ago. I have a deployed spouse, kids, work, and I should not have to be dealing with this scamming company risking the safety of my family and house.
