The guy that "helped" my wife was Chris. He was so rude and condescending over the phone while "helping" out my wife reboot the system. I do not believe that just because someone is unhappy with their job that a customer should have to deal with the attitude and snarkiness. Do better at customer service and be more compassionate.

After starting with Blink cameras, I wanted a little better quality and service. The camera conversation turned into several additional security features that if someone were to look at seem absolutely ridiculous and illogical. That being the case, I left the awkward conversation until the end when I finally heard the figures associated with the wishlist. Terrible service. Poor installation. Product failure. Lied to me about the system. Definitely used car salesmen of the security world. My system is 8 months old and they refuse to service it like the sales rep said they would. Over half of it no longer works

the worst customer service. the worst equipment. being charged for a service I cant use. and I have been trying to get my service canceled for months. no response and only a supervisor can cancel service. what crap!!! still being charged for months.

Terrible experience. Poor installation. Lack of communication. Difficult to use. Tech who installed our unit was fired. No refund. Extremely rude customer service. Extremely rude accounting department. Extremely rude human recourses department. $5,000 dollars for the system. We prepaid for 3 years of service. When inquired about a refund we’re simply told we signed a contract and we are stuck with it. Currently under the advisement of a contract lawyer.

Worst place to get home security. I've had service for a year and my stuff has not worked at all. Nobody will call me back to help they hang up on me and just keep connecting me to other departments. Today they finally call and I told them yesterday when i get off work and what do they do call when I'm at work. Horrible they lied when they came out didn't say anything about a contract just kept saying we get to keep the crappy equipment. Horrible Horrible Horrible and they connected to adt they are awful as well.

My installer made me uncomfortable. He asked me personal questions. I was asked if it was just me and my child in the home and then he asked if I was married. I spoke to the manager who interrupted and over talked me and tried to justify the questions by saying he was supposed to ask those questions, he just didn’t provide context. I asked my neighbor if she was also asked these questions and she said she wasn’t. I didn’t feel like talking but he kept asking me questions.
