If there was a 0 star they would receive. I have had my alarm system for 4 months . Nothing but problems. First they make you get a credit card to pay for system. Then door bell don’t work or driveway camera. It’s more better to get ring or something that’s payed for . They told me the bill would be $55.00 monthly. No sorry wrong $60.99 plus credit card $60.00 monthly. Then you tell them I don’t want it they said you have to pay for 1 year wow . What a scam . So don’t put it better to just buy a gun & big dog !

When you call to cancel and you are on hold and no one answers the phone. This is very unprofessional service. Let see how long they take to answer an email. The charges they quote are not what ADT sales quotes. There was a bug in the system in 24 hours. The lag time from activating the camera to seeing my phone made the system almost useless for a thief only needs a few seconds to break a car window and steal. The monies was taken from our account even tho we cancelled.

I have never been so hurt and disappointed in my life. My husband and I brought a house in March, one month later the house burned to the ground. At the time of the fire I only had ADT service for fifteen days. Since then I have been paying a monthly payment for services. I lost everything that I owned and still SafeHaven and ADT's only concern is their bottom line. The only thing that they care about is making sure $45 is available in my account for payment. I have not had my system installed for 6 months, some of the sensors are starting to fail. I’ve mad a call to Safe Haven and they tell there is a service fee to come back out and replace their faulty equipment. Seems like that would be a cost of business, that shouldn’t be coming out of the pocket of an already paying customer. Not a good experience at all!

Called at 4:04pm Central time and was told by a recording that I was calling outside of business hours, which the recording said ended at 6pm Central time Monday - Friday. Annoys me when they say I'm calling outside of the business hours when I'm clearly not. Seems like a tactic to ignore customer calls.

Called their customer support line at 4:04pm Central time on a Friday afternoon and was told I was calling outside of their business hours, which the recorded message told me ended at 6pm Monday - Friday.

Id like to give zero stars! From the install I've had issues with a camera falling, then the smoke alarm went off and I embarrassingly had to explain to fire department that there was a mishap with the equipment. My main interface wall control locked me out until I had someone clear it. Now the last issue I have after spending thousands of dollars on garbage equipment is, I have 2 cameras that are malfunctioning and when I called for them to be looked at I was informed that the "90" day warranty is over. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I used this dealer, and bought over $1052.88, only to learn that they couldn't not do what they told me they could do, and when I complained, and they never responded to my emails. I wanted to no longer do business with them. So I demanded to be released from my contract, which they did, but then decided to screw me, by cancelling their services, but left their registration with my Alarm.com and my system. Absolutely the worst company ever. My wife and I was told after the install of half the equipment that out camera and sensors are on back order. The technician assured us that he would be back in touch within 3 days. This 3 days was approximately the time we had to terminate our service with Safe Haven. This was a set up from when the sales rep entered our home. Now we are days out from terminating our contract and we’ve yet to receive any equipment. DONT DO IT!
