they gave me this email and its not even working they are so scammmm courtney.adams@mysafehaven.com if there is an option that have a zero start i would give it in a heartbeat. Safe Haven, ADT security they are scam, thiefs, annoying and their equipment not working at all. I have been trying to contact anyone of them and no one pick up their phone. THEIR SERVICES IS TERRIBLE!!!!! THEY FOOLED US WITH ALL PROMOTIONS BUT THEY GIVE YOU EQUIPMENT THAT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. they make DR Horton Customers not happy!!!!

Please stay away from using this service. These mofos won’t even return your call when you need assistance. I called ADT for help over the weekend, the tech could not get my equipment to work. We were on the phone for an hour. Adt then told me that I need to contact safe haven to have a tech come out. Since no one returned my calls, I called again on Monday. These mofos want to charge me $85 dollars to have their tech fix their shoddy POS equipment. How do you have a business motto that changes a monthly service fee and $85 ... read more

Terrible customer service. I waited two weeks for the manger Felix Pagan to come to my home, only for him not to show. I asked the technician to give him a call ASAP because you are wasting my time. I believe Felix just asked this tech to cover for him since he felt like a manager was not needed. I say a manager is always needed when a CUSTOMER REQUESTS one!!! So again my time has been wasted and issue most likely unresolved. If I have to place another call to SAFE HAVEN you all will be issuing a FULL REFUND.

If there was a 0 star they would receive. I have had my alarm system for 4 months . Nothing but problems. First they make you get a credit card to pay for system. Then door bell don’t work or driveway camera. It’s more better to get ring or something that’s payed for . They told me the bill would be $55.00 monthly. No sorry wrong $60.99 plus credit card $60.00 monthly. Then you tell them I don’t want it they said you have to pay for 1 year wow . What a scam . So don’t put it better to just buy a gun & big dog !

When you call to cancel and you are on hold and no one answers the phone. This is very unprofessional service. Let see how long they take to answer an email. The charges they quote are not what ADT sales quotes. There was a bug in the system in 24 hours. The lag time from activating the camera to seeing my phone made the system almost useless for a thief only needs a few seconds to break a car window and steal. The monies was taken from our account even tho we cancelled.

I have never been so hurt and disappointed in my life. My husband and I brought a house in March, one month later the house burned to the ground. At the time of the fire I only had ADT service for fifteen days. Since then I have been paying a monthly payment for services. I lost everything that I owned and still SafeHaven and ADT's only concern is their bottom line. The only thing that they care about is making sure $45 is available in my account for payment. I have not had my system installed for 6 months, some of the sensors are starting to fail. I’ve mad a call to Safe Haven and they tell there is a service fee to come back out and replace their faulty equipment. Seems like that would be a cost of business, that shouldn’t be coming out of the pocket of an already paying customer. Not a good experience at all!

Called at 4:04pm Central time and was told by a recording that I was calling outside of business hours, which the recording said ended at 6pm Central time Monday - Friday. Annoys me when they say I'm calling outside of the business hours when I'm clearly not. Seems like a tactic to ignore customer calls.
