Id like to give zero stars! From the install I've had issues with a camera falling, then the smoke alarm went off and I embarrassingly had to explain to fire department that there was a mishap with the equipment. My main interface wall control locked me out until I had someone clear it. Now the last issue I have after spending thousands of dollars on garbage equipment is, I have 2 cameras that are malfunctioning and when I called for them to be looked at I was informed that the "90" day warranty is over. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I used this dealer, and bought over $1052.88, only to learn that they couldn't not do what they told me they could do, and when I complained, and they never responded to my emails. I wanted to no longer do business with them. So I demanded to be released from my contract, which they did, but then decided to screw me, by cancelling their services, but left their registration with my Alarm.com and my system. Absolutely the worst company ever. My wife and I was told after the install of half the equipment that out camera and sensors are on back order. The technician assured us that he would be back in touch within 3 days. This 3 days was approximately the time we had to terminate our service with Safe Haven. This was a set up from when the sales rep entered our home. Now we are days out from terminating our contract and we’ve yet to receive any equipment. DONT DO IT!

SCAM I believe in never leaving a bad review. ADT and Safe Haven have been a nightmare. 1 Expensive install.2 system didn't work 3 change batteries over and over at their insistance...didn't work. 4 Service call... buy more equipment .....didn't work. Police always at my house.5 police at my house 4 times now. 6 HOURS ON HOLD. MULIPLE TRANSFERS. Their customer service reps are ridiculous and rude. I am canceling a contract just because of dealing with them. My equipment is faulty and they will not service it. I still have a hole in my wall from their tech installing the equipment improperly.

I do not recommend Safe Haven for your security needs. They declined to escalate my technical issue to a manager and informed me technical issues are not under warranty. My technical issues were resolved and the cameras still failed to connect. Paying for a systems and terrible customer service is not what I expected with a ADT system. If you have any technical issues expect to wait beyond 48rs and pay $89 for a potential visit that is charged prior to your visit.
