Worst shit i ever bought. Errors cant be fixed and still a junk POS. Come and get it from my house NOW. ILL FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER. 2 days in and still error after error. Wont biy this junk ever again.

They are not good at canceling within the 3 days of installation… it has been o er 2 months and still waiting for a resolution. Ps: they increase the prices of sensors compared to going to ADT corporate

Absolutely horrible company! Would Not suggest them ever, customer service is terrible. They failed to provide services I pay for monthly due to fauly equipment installation since day 1 then want to charge you to come fix the issue. I could understand if it were a new issue but it's not! Also having to go between safe haven and ADT huge headache and they both blame the other company. What happend to piece of mind and valuing customers time 6hrs later in phone calls and NO solution. It's terrible how they treat service member... read more

Ha! I wish I could give zero stars. First and foremost, if this is not a scam it should be considered. Let’s start with Liza, speeding into my driveway with no authorization to even be there then question my contractors about the homeowner. Then proceeding to tell me I was emailed and left information that she would be visit my home. Let’s be clear no one came demand to come to your home but I listen to her sale pitch and it sound good but I am quite diversified in picking up on lies. BEWARE of this company and its services since all they want is your money when you need them. Nobody is available to help you out unless you can pay a fee for that on top of your monthly payment. I have sent several messages regarding my account and spoken to a customer agent who has been no help. If necessary, I am a disappointed customer and will take my complaint to higher means. If I could give this company zero stars I would. First off we were lied to by the sales agent Morgan, the technician Trey Luckey and also by Melanie King. This company is only looking for a sale and will make up and manipulate whatever they can to profit off of you. We were signed up for service without knowing and have proof that we declined the services. Once the equipment is installed, good luck getting it to work properly. Absolutely do not recommend using this lying and stealing company.

Safe Haven and ADT have very very bad services! my doorbell camera is not working since 4 days ,nobody could solve my issue on the phone! I got an appointment for a technician that will be coming to solve my issue but he did not come to the appointment ! I was waiting for him two hours but did not come or even apologize! I tried to call the manager this morning but did not response! I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very bad.

It's a scam. Do NOT sign up with Safe Haven Security. I have never met a more misleading sales representative. He straight up lied to us regarding what he was selling versus the contract the company made us sign. The company refuses to abide by the statements of their sales representative, and their contracts are iron-clad. If you're not happy, you won't be able to get out of the contract for 3 years without paying huge fines. It's not worth it. Go with a better company that doesn't make you sign up for a long-term contract.
