We have had the service almost 1 year and it has been one problem after the next Camera's dropping off line equipment not operating properly and then when i get customer service on the phone or i speak to Murphy Granger it is downhill from there..... Buyer beware it's a bunch of junk and they don't want a service they're product without charging you so again buyer beware

Do not purchase any security system with them because as soon as something goes wrong and you try to get a tech to help, they will bounce you from ADT to Safe Haven and back to ADT continuously until you cancel or file a lawsuit against them. I’m still trying to get a tech to fix my cameras and still being bounced from both saying it’s the other companies responsibility to fix.

So I bought a home that had integrated smart home features and had no choice in utilizing Safe Haven. While they are an ADT authorized dealer here's the problem - all the equipment is massively marked up from them. The same system with ADT would have cost me HUNDREDS less dealing directly with them. But if you want it integrated into the smart home, you have to use Safe Haven. I've had nothing but issues with my system, from cameras losing power, to constantly disconnecting from my system (no power outages, wifi issues, etc.... read more

I've had safe haven for a couple of months. My motion sensor is already malfunctioning. To have them fix a product that is there I have to pay $64 every visit. That only covers for 30, SO on top of the $60 a month monitoring I have to pay a $64 to have them a product that is there's that is having an issue. In my state there is a $500 fine if there are 3 false alarms. In Aug there was 4 so I would be fine $500. What ever you do, do not get this. It isn't worth it for the money. I tried to give this company less than one star. Don’t waste your money. Do it yourself and you’ll save both hassle and money.

I am a new homeowner and this product was installed in my new home by the Builder. IT has not even been one year, and I have had 5 issues with the Doorbell Chime, Doorbell Unit, Light Malfunctions. I am very disappointed and am planning to have the entire system disconnected.

What a disappointment. My service has not been helpful at all. I’ve had the technician out several times and he was unable to fix my system. I am now on hold for customer service with an approximate wait time of over five (5) minutes. Very disappointing. Why do I have to call “Safe Haven” when I’m contracted with ADT? So sad.

The most horrible service provider I ever encountered. 1. From the beginning they tried to fear-sale their products to me for no good reason. 2. Then when I decided to not have their services, I encountered the poorest customer service. Their salesperson ghosted and customer service lines took forever to get someone on the line. 3. I had to reach out to ADT to stop the services through them, they did mark me on the system without updating the "Safe Haven" and I still keep receiving late payment notices and due on my account.... read more
