A representative came out late one night stating he was coming out per our request. We had not requested any such visit. He did not leave any information or contact numbers. They did not explain the contract in full and they did not provide a copy of the contract for over a month. Our door connections have already fallen off. Poor quality, unprofessional, unethical, and do not provide very good customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMEND>
I won’t even give you guys a single star. You are the worst customer service that I’ve ever encountered with. You lied to the customers and never informed of the services and products when you are about to purchase the equipment. They misled you and never to tell you that there customer support and technical support are the worse over in a history of the United States! Please be aware and I hope that customer opens their eyes in order to fall for these unethical and unprofessional people and the company.
This company installed my system in January. When I went to make changes to the specs, I learned that I don't have ANY access to my system. I can't change anything! I called ADT to get assistance, and ADT can't even access it directly; they have to access it remotely. I have called twice, left messages, and got absolutely no response. Do NOT use this company for your security! Go to ADT directly.
This is a very unprofessional business. I tried to talk to a supervisor and no one was available. We were working at our house at 8:00 at night and someone drove up in a ragged old car and said he would give us ADT for for free except for the monthly fee of $55. My husband said if you are installing it for free then sign us up. The sales rep left without giving us any contact information or paperwork of telling us what we were getting. This company is run by criminals. I signed up to secure my home and detached garage. The sales guy promised everything would be secure. The tech came out and gave me the high pressure 7 hour sales pitch like others have mentioned, and then only installed 2 sensors in a garage with 3 doors and 7-8 windows. A Traumatic experience I would not recommend at all. And there should be like a no star required We are new home owners in upstate NY Cohoes to be exact, so we decided that since we have $500 voucher from veterans united we would use it and just have the basic plan so when the time the scheduled installation was up the technician was late and had to rush me. I have the most terrible experience I called to request service as 2 of my windows contact fell and can’t put them back. I tried to explain that It’s been less than a year and Rony screamed at me and said that she is working from home and watching TV to call back later. Rude and disrespectful.
I am a resident in California with a 2 year contract with “safe haven” ADT. I was told it was going to be 65$ a month with a 50$ installation fee. After getting charged installation and equipment fees it was close to 600$. After a few months I came to a realization that if I were to go with ring I would pay a one charge of $200 for a ring camera. Now I will be paying $2160 for 2 years.
