YOU TELL ME HOW I LIKE MY SYSTEM READ BELOW!!!!!!! THE SAFE-HAVEN GUY WHO INSTALLED MY SYSTEM AND ALSO HAS COME OUT 3 TIMES AFTER THAT ADVISED THIS. HE TOLD ME MY HOUSE IS NOT SAFE WHEN ALL THE LIGHTS CHANGE FROM GREEN TO RED. WHY WOULD A PERSON WHO WORKS FOR A COMPANY LIKE SAFE HAVEN TELL A HOMEOWNER THAT YOUR HOME HAS HAD NO SECURITY FOR MONTHS NOW CAUSE THE LIGHT FLASHING RED TELLS EVERYONE DRIVING BY THAT YOUR SYSTEM IS DOWN AND YOUR HOUSE IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS TO BREAK IN. Horrible service. We were lied to about what we got. We weren't told out internet carrier doesn't support this service so we literally pay for nothing. We call 2 months later to cancel and are told we can't unless we pay 1700 dollars to get out of the contract. Mind you, we were not aware of this at install.

Told them that I need an alarm system that would wake me, a deaf person, from sleep. They didn't follow through and didn't tell me that you only get 3 days to return this. What's worse, their technology is outdated and doesn't work with your smart home system. Now I'm stuck with an expensive 3 year contract with a company that's useless to me. I'm forced to seek legal venues to get out of this. Run away from this company. You're better off with any other smart home system.

Sales rep misrepresented and outright lied about what I was purchasing, and the length of the contract. The tech brought different equipment, and when we called the sales rep for an explanation, she said she'd call back, but didn't. The tech let my indoor cat out into the street after I specifically requested he take care not to - and he didn't even tell me it happened. He just got all nervous and suddenly rushed to leave. I bought a new home that was supposed to come with a smart home system from the builder. Safe Haven was contracted to do the install for my whole neighborhood. When they came to do the install what was already paid for, they spent the entire time pressuring me into signing a contract for over-priced alarm service and used the classic, car-dealership tactics of "let me call my boss and see if we can get you a better deal". We have had a problem since the beginning. First, the technician they sent to install everything stayed until 1:00 in the morning, and we had just had a newborn. On top of him staying until 1am,he was new; he didn't know how to install anything; only our touch screen pad and our door sensors were working. We had to call to get another technician out to install our doorbell camera, outdoor camera, and our deadbolt lock. Absolutely atrocious customer service. The rep came out and didn’t go over the terms of my contract, didn’t give me everything that I paid for, and when I call to try and get what I paid for, no one ever calls me back. I’ve called on 2 different occasions and left a voicemail each time. I’ve waited on hold for 15 minutes, I’ve done it all. My problems don’t matter to these people.
