We have had a problem since the beginning. First, the technician they sent to install everything stayed until 1:00 in the morning, and we had just had a newborn. On top of him staying until 1am,he was new; he didn't know how to install anything; only our touch screen pad and our door sensors were working. We had to call to get another technician out to install our doorbell camera, outdoor camera, and our deadbolt lock. Terrible customer service. Waste of money.
Absolutely atrocious customer service. The rep came out and didn’t go over the terms of my contract, didn’t give me everything that I paid for, and when I call to try and get what I paid for, no one ever calls me back. I’ve called on 2 different occasions and left a voicemail each time. I’ve waited on hold for 15 minutes, I’ve done it all. My problems don’t matter to these people.
They made you sign the contract with only 3 days of trail period. Otherwise you pay the remaining 75% + tax. Their app doesn't support any calls and customer service is non-existent. How come you are still in business. Shame on every one of you.
This company lied about the cost of their services and left a giant hole in my wall. When I tried to resolve the issue, they told me that they don't do repairs after a contract is canceled, but the contract was only canceled because they told me that the services we'd been promised were going to be $1500 more than the original quote AFTER they'd already started the installation.
I am extremely unsatisfied. I was not given everything I asked for. I’ve called the salesman (Brian Ungashick) for a month. He won’t return my calls. I’ve asked to speak to management, they won’t return my calls. I feel like the big corporation doesn’t care about my business. I’m the easiest person in the world to please, but I don’t appreciate being disrespected and ignored. I’ll DEFINITELY find another company who cares and appreciate my business. Cecil E. West
I’m a drywall contractor This company had a guy step through the ceiling then called me for a repair I didn’t get paid I’m going to take this sorry ass company to court They will pay more for their attorney I can’t stand big companies You should be able to reach someone who can resolve this a lot sooner See you fuckers in court
Not happy with my purchase. Devices keep disconnecting and the door camera never works.
The first installer that was sent out to install my system was not prepared to do the work. He was undertrained. The installer who came the next day was great. He took a long time but the job was done right. Three months later I find out that I don't have an alarm permit on file with Colorado Springs Police Department. Had they received a call for an alarm at my house they were not obligated to respond. Getting the alarm permit has been tedious and is not resolved yet.
