Run away if you still can!! Safe Haven ADT setup was bundled with our new home. They presented some upgrade options and talked me into selecting a few additional hardware components. In hindsight, I should have said NO! I am looking more closely at what was agreed and realizing that they are charging 4x what it would cost to purchase the same equipment elsewhere. Bad services do not waste your time with services
Me and my entire community have switched from this terrible service. DR Horton shame on you for contracting with such a terrible service.
I canceled the services after I found out I won't have internet services until 2022. I spoke with the sales rep and she (Kamilah Beard) assured me she would have it taken care of. Its almost 2 weeks later and I'm still being charged for services I don't use. I can't contact the company because you are placed on hold forever and then the line goes dead. This is so frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anybody.
THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I HAVE SCENE GUARD DOGS THAT GIVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. FOR 1 MONTH I HAVE OWNED THIS SYSTEM. 2 WEEKS NOW IT HAS NOT WORKED. CALLED EVERY DAY I HAVE COME HOME FROM WORK. 2 HOURS WERE SPENT WASTED EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!! LEARN IT.
This place is an absolute sham of a company. Terrible equipment when compared to competitors (Vivint or Ring highly superior devices), they are con artists / door to door salesmen posing as ADT that are only interested in making monthly quotas, not servicing their customers or making them satisfied with their home security. Beware of their shady ass 72 hr cancellation policy....they will NOT MENTION THIS TO YOU and you can literally have a broken system that they will insist you are contractually obliged to pay for. ADT was included in the new construction house build we purchased in Summer 2021. We created an ADT account and had their service for a few days. We ended up canceling because their hardware consistently failed, and the climax was when my neighbor tried to get a hold of us because our house was leaking gas on one of the outside pipes. The "smart" doorbell didn't work, and the neighbors thankfully called 911 and the gas company for us. We have since canceled our ADT contract and were told that the refund would take 30-45 day... read more
