Safe Haven is overpriced garbage and did not properly disclose that there is a no refund policy and lied about with an ADT 6 month Guarantee. Which is also false. Equipment is overpriced, crappy equipment $350 for a single camera fuzzy picture not very good. I asked for a refund pretty much the same week and they told me, no and when I called ADT they said that I was under a 36-month contract which again was disguised behind their no-risk 6-month Guarantee I'm not satisfied with their service. Do not use this company. It’s impossible to get in touch with them. Making us pay for a service that can’t be provided.
This is the worst company and worst customer service ever I’ve been experience. I wanted to change my contract and tried to call their customer service number for more than a month and nobody answering the phone each time I’m holding for an hour. Than I called to the salesman and he said he couldn’t help me out and he cut off my call. I did mistake not to going ADT directly rather than go with this small agent. So, don’t do the same mistakes I did!!
The worst. You can never get in touch with anyone once the system is placed, your asked to leave a VM all the time because "their representatives are experiencing longer wait times due to call volumes." I have been listening to this for weeks. They are johnny on the spot when you sign up and they take your money.... Their technician left a huge hole in my wall and never fixed it, messed up the billing and wired the system wrong.
If I could put 0 stars, I absolutely would. Installation was half way done, didn't follow up prior to appointments, didn't schedule any follow ups. Let's cherry it, when I had it removed, they didnt fix the MASSIVE hole in my wall. They left a mess over my couch, floor, and just left the hole in the wall. I asked if itll be repaired, they guy said, "oh, I dont do that." Couldn't have asked for a worse service
Miserable service, paying 60 dollars for two censors, took me only one month to cancel service.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
