Worst company I have ever used. It’s impossible to get in touch with anyone for anything. Do not use this company
Do not use this company. It’s impossible to get in touch with them. Making us pay for a service that can’t be provided.
This is the worst company and worst customer service ever I’ve been experience. I wanted to change my contract and tried to call their customer service number for more than a month and nobody answering the phone each time I’m holding for an hour. Than I called to the salesman and he said he couldn’t help me out and he cut off my call. I did mistake not to going ADT directly rather than go with this small agent. So, don’t do the same mistakes I did!!
The worst. You can never get in touch with anyone once the system is placed, your asked to leave a VM all the time because "their representatives are experiencing longer wait times due to call volumes." I have been listening to this for weeks. They are johnny on the spot when you sign up and they take your money.... Their technician left a huge hole in my wall and never fixed it, messed up the billing and wired the system wrong.
If I could put 0 stars, I absolutely would. Installation was half way done, didn't follow up prior to appointments, didn't schedule any follow ups. Let's cherry it, when I had it removed, they didnt fix the MASSIVE hole in my wall. They left a mess over my couch, floor, and just left the hole in the wall. I asked if itll be repaired, they guy said, "oh, I dont do that." Couldn't have asked for a worse service
Miserable service, paying 60 dollars for two censors, took me only one month to cancel service.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will not use ADT again because of the terrible service I continue to get from the local Safe Haven Security dealer!!! Choose another ADT dealer if you live in MD.
I’ve been trying to get a call back from anyone at Safe Haven. My cameras outside surveillance cameras are not recording volume, not having success reaching customer care, waiting in line over 90 minutes ! I will start a campaign discouraging anyone in my subdivision from getting your service! Worst customer service ever.
Someone called me from the following number: 816-357-8035. Our interaction started out well, he was simply asking me how my installs went and if everything was satisfactory. Then he started pushing solar panels on me, and our interaction, and my entire view of SafeHaven as a company, went south.
