I will not use ADT again because of the terrible service I continue to get from the local Safe Haven Security dealer!!! Choose another ADT dealer if you live in MD.

I’ve been trying to get a call back from anyone at Safe Haven. My cameras outside surveillance cameras are not recording volume, not having success reaching customer care, waiting in line over 90 minutes ! I will start a campaign discouraging anyone in my subdivision from getting your service! Worst customer service ever.

Someone called me from the following number: 816-357-8035. Our interaction started out well, he was simply asking me how my installs went and if everything was satisfactory. Then he started pushing solar panels on me, and our interaction, and my entire view of SafeHaven as a company, went south. I've tried calling Safe Haven for the past two weeks for a service call for my security system to no avail. No one answers the phone. I would not recommend to anyone.

I would give a ZERO if I could! I have been attempting to contact Safe Haven to address a malfunctioning sensor for two weeks. I have left voicemails and been on terminal hold for in excess of 1 hour on three separate occassions. ADT cannot do anything and refer me back to Safe Haven. Pathetic customer service. If I could actually get a human, I would cancel my service due to Safe Haven's inability to offer assistance for equipment they installed.

1 CUZ 0 isn't an option.....Worst customer service ever!! Trying to resolve an issue with ADT/Safe Haven is big circular joke - ADT transfers to Safe Haven - Safe Haven accepts no responsibility - ADT just transfers you back to Safe Haven - Stay away from these two companies: The solution for the Safe Haven Supervisor is for you to have someone you don't know let someone else you don't know into your home when you can't be there to make repairs - GREAT SECURITY SOLUTION GUYS!! This is my second review. Since the first one I had another problem the doorbell. I called at 9:15am Monday. At 9:20am Wed I sent an Email (wanted to wait 48 hours because I was told that all calls are returned within 48 hours) to Safehaven. I just call back (11:50am Wed). The lady told me they called me yesterday at 1:25pm. I checked back on my phone and no one called me. They said that it was logged so they called me but could not leave a voice message. My voice mail is working well. I ask her why they didn't call ... read more

The man that sold us the system was very good. The people that did the work were excellent. But if you ever have a problem, getting it resolved is next to impossible. Our doorbell stopped working last week. I called Friday and the lady from ADT (not safehaven) tried to help fix it. She told me to call safehaven Monday and have someone come out. I called Monday morning at 9am and was on hold for over an hour. I finally left a message. I called 3 more times and left messages. I again tried 3 times this morning (Tue). ... read more

Zach Spark man was a rude, pushy salesman. And because of him I will take my home security business elsewhere. He got angry because I told him I was busy and didn't have time for him at the moment. I mean after all it was an unexpected visit. I had been moving all day and I just wanted a hot shower and something to eat, He is nothing but a rude a** pushy salesman.
