I have been trying to get in touch with SAFE Haven Security to assist us in figuring out why our alarm goes off after we arrive home and "turn the system' off. But, after several phone calls to Safe Haven and ADT corporate offices, all we get is "we will be with you in 10 minutes". After about 25 minutes, we are getting no where. I would not recommend Safe Haven as a dealer for ADT systems, or use their customer service (if they have one). This is the worst encounter I have ever had with a business. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone and when you do get connected to someone, they can’t help you and transfer you to someone else and you end up on hold for another hour. I have spent countless hours on hold with this company and STILL have not received any help and each person has given me contradictive information. Avoid this company at all costs.
Issue after issue, I do not recommend this specific company
I got the the service the 28th I I get off work everyday /5pm -6pm I try calling adt and also the first was on the weekend so I called Monday explained to them I just found out I had to call safe heaven to get them cancel so they are forcing me to have stay with them or pay the fee for early terms and also I don’t think it helps my daughter window say it’s open when it’s close I can look at the camera when I’m not using the same wifi I don’t think they care they just taking people money not trying to help with canceling fro... read more

Customer service manager for very rude will cut you off when talking and also talk over you I try canceling by my 3days of service the 1st was a sat I called and adt was closed so I called Monday the rep left a note stating I try canceling within the 3days now they are forcing me to pay the contract off for the 3years just not right
Really bad initial experience with Safe Haven....not the technicians fault, but the sales person's fault. When I spoke to the sales person, who is in Illinois while our home is in Florida (1st red flag), she made it initially sound like the technician would first come to assess what set up would be best for our home...the sales person floated some ideas, but said the technician would come out and give me a better idea. My Panel has not been working for a week!! I called ADT on Monday who directed me to Safe Haven. They set up an appointment for a technician to come to my home on Friday (Which made me very angry because that’s an entire week without security.) On Friday, the technician did not show up! I called ADT back who then stayed on the phone with me and contacted Safe Haven. When the Safe Haven rep got to the phone after 40 minutes of waiting, she said that a technician was not scheduled. Unfortunately Safe Haven has been a nightmare! I should have cancelled when I had the chance. Installation consisted of ripping off paint to get my new ADT monitor on ( the old ADT Monitor looked better) and all the old door/window security devices had to stay on or the glue would have damaged our woodwork so we have double devices everywhere. After 2 days of signing up with them they took a years worth of payments which was breaching the contract (we signed for monthly auto deduction). Then when we called after two days and... read more
