Woke up in the weeee hours of the morning with my thermostats not working! It stated there was a malfunction and safe haven is telling my family we have to wait until Monday for someone to come out! This is unacceptable!

I have a very difficult time getting anyone to answer when my system malfunctions. They are not a 24/7 company that can troubleshoot in the evening if you have problems.

I have been trying to get in touch with SAFE Haven Security to assist us in figuring out why our alarm goes off after we arrive home and "turn the system' off. But, after several phone calls to Safe Haven and ADT corporate offices, all we get is "we will be with you in 10 minutes". After about 25 minutes, we are getting no where. I would not recommend Safe Haven as a dealer for ADT systems, or use their customer service (if they have one). This is the worst encounter I have ever had with a business. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone and when you do get connected to someone, they can’t help you and transfer you to someone else and you end up on hold for another hour. I have spent countless hours on hold with this company and STILL have not received any help and each person has given me contradictive information. Avoid this company at all costs.

I got the the service the 28th I I get off work everyday /5pm -6pm I try calling adt and also the first was on the weekend so I called Monday explained to them I just found out I had to call safe heaven to get them cancel so they are forcing me to have stay with them or pay the fee for early terms and also I don’t think it helps my daughter window say it’s open when it’s close I can look at the camera when I’m not using the same wifi I don’t think they care they just taking people money not trying to help with canceling fro... read more

Customer service manager for very rude will cut you off when talking and also talk over you I try canceling by my 3days of service the 1st was a sat I called and adt was closed so I called Monday the rep left a note stating I try canceling within the 3days now they are forcing me to pay the contract off for the 3years just not right
